Placed my order on the website at 4:21pm upon arrival to Oak Street Eats and waited in my car as directed. I’m patient, but at 5:03pm I decided to go in and confirm the progress and wait time. I was instructed by the young lady at the desk to continue to wait in my car as I would receive a text message and to feel free to check in on a tablet. I entered my information into the tablet and sure enough there was my order. Returned to my car. It is now 6:08pm and I’ve been informed Big Jawn’s is closed for the day and my refund may take up to a week to hit my account. I won’t be back.
During covid, I was looking for my pick in food. Since I would be spend all my time at at home from now on. Cooking was not going to be my everyday thing. I found this place on Uber eats, and tried the Cajun egg roll and a "lobster hawn"Maaaaaaaaaaaaan that seasonin,It was custom (lactose intolerant) and it still tasted fresh and juicy.Later I ordered wings. It's hard to find places that just make actual Lemon Pepper wings (they get skimpy on the lemon pepper)These were so good. Def ordering againHad the opportunity to meet the owners. BLACK OWNED BABY!!!! They we’re so cool.
I tried Big Jawns for the first time yesterday and loved it! I drove from Macon all the way to Atlanta just for one of these jawns! It was so worth it. I honestly gave up on trying philly cheesesteaks in Ga and the great south all together because they just don't know how to do them right. If you have felt this way, just know the disappointment is over! I ordered the west philly,italian and the boston jawn. The quality is perfect from the bread to the meat and toppings. The only thing that would make this better is if they bring a location to middle georgia!

Ordered on Uber Eats last night. Food came hot and the portions were great. Will definitely order again. Both the broad street and west Philly were fire and the fries too.
I had the most scrumptious sandwich last night!! I woke up with it on my mind and heart. Lol. Seriously don’t think about it... Just order. Ordering again for the family tonight! Can’t wait to try more menu items. Thank you Big Jawn’s! Atlanta was missing good authentic food!!!
