The Saturday evening crew at this joint is the best! I've been making it a point to come in after dinner on Saturday's now because each time I've come in I have received top-notch service, with a clean, family-friendly environment. I truly hope that this location keeps the same rotation on the weekends because it has been the best service I've received in a long time from any Baskin-Robbins!
Bad service, I called to place an order and when they realized that I speak little English they hung up the call today, August 25, 2021. DISCRIMINATION IN BASKIN ROBINS **upgrade** One of the managers or owner of BR clarified that the store does NOT have any type of discrimination and I move my 1 star to 2 stars for the good treatment, because Google does not let me remove the star, only edit.

This evening I went to Baskin Robbins for a treat to bring home to my family. While the ice cream was delicious, there was one problem during my visit. There were many people in the store waiting to order, so it took some time for the ladies working to help me. One of the girls appeared to be working on online orders while the other girl was helping with customers. The girls were both calling the name “Leena” to another employee who was doing a lackluster job of cleaning the door. It appeared as though she only went to “clean it” so that she could go talk with her friends outside, instead of serving the growing line of customers talking with her friends. She kept ignoring the other girls calls who were serving the customers. You need to have a discussion with your employees about staying on task. Other than that issue, my visit was great and I can’t wait for another scoop of Butter Pecan!

Stopped by this location for a Cappuccino Blast and grab one of their delicious cakes.. they always have so many to choose from. The store was nice and clean. Marge went over and beyond any of my expectations she was very patient and pleasant. You all rock.
Baskin Robbins has by far the best ice cream I’ve ever tried! With a wide assortment of flavors from sorbets to nutty ice creams, it’s almost impossible to not find something you will love! They also have unique flavors of the month. This months happens to be beach day, which is definitely my favorite flavor I have ever tried! If you like caramel turtles and graham crackers, you will LOVE this flavor! The place is also very clean and the servers are very welcoming. A great experience every time I go, and will for sure be a repeat stop!
This Baskin-Robbins location is the absolute best! My friends, family, and I regularly visit this location and are never disappointed. There are so many wonderful desserts to choose from such as the warm brownie sundae, classic banana split, and the refreshing iced tea freeze. The store is very clean and the employees are always welcoming with smiles on their faces. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a delicious treat!
