Went to get pretzels today and young man was on his phone- no products and didn’t seem interested in making any. When asked if new pretzels or items will be coming up he replied “not at the moment I’m sorry” and went back to his phone. 3 other people walked to inquire about items. Guess they don’t care to make money! ?
Ordered 1 cup of nuggets to go, they’re all burnt on the bottom and hard as a rock @ concourse C Minneapolis Airport.
I work at the airport & never had a issue until today. The young light skinned girl is BEYOND rude and disrespectful! If your visiting the airport please for the love of God to the Starbucks next door for a snack. Auntie Ann’s was my first job and I loved it so I have no clue why this girl chooses to work with the public if she hates dealing with people ??♀️
Food was ok and not hot. Customer service was poor. Pregnant cashier seems mad at the entire world. She had an attitude from the beginning and looked like she just got out of bed. No body told her to get pregnant and be miserable at work lol
Im currently at airport 11am,looking a pretzels preped and ready and a light skin young lady standing on the outside, talking on her phone telling people they are not open. Poor customers service all the way around.
The pretzels were undercooked or burnt never in between. There was almost no cinnamon on the pretzels and they tasted terrible. Nothing like auntie Anne’s at different locations
The pretzel there was really good and I got it fast. It just seemed like the woman at the counter hated her job and did not seem friendly with me or any customer. I still recommend going there because there pretzels is good even if their customer service is lacking friendliness
Super slow, after 8 minutes of them serving 3 customers (which is amazing because everything is premade) I order pretzel dogs. They hand me regular pretzel bites and when I say that it's not what I ordered, I get told that I'm wrong and I'm getting the pretzel bites.
Avoid this one. Rude staff, stale pretzels, dirty.
Website said it’s open. I got here and it’s closed! It’s 10:50 am!!
