Staff is trained to deceive customers. After ordering pretzel dogs, the staff asked me "which sauce I would like with that" instead of "would you like sauce with that," implying sauce comes with it. Same for the drink; I fortunately asked if a drink comes with it, and she said "you can get a drink with it." In other words, she wasn't willing to explicitly admit that the drink was extra. Fortunately, accidentally getting the sauce turned out to be a good move, because it coated the burnt pretzel dogs so they didn't taste as bad. Otherwise sauce was not worth it.
BREAD IS HARD. NO CINNAMON ON THEM AND THEY WERE EXPENSIVE staffing horrible. Maybe because it's Monday

I went to Aunti Anne's at Atl Airport next to B23. First, instead of them stating to customers that they were having technical difficulties...it was immediately before actually getting into the line the Manager was extremely RUDE yelling, "we only excepting dollars and it must be exact change!" I know the Airport provide jobs for people in the community but this is an international Airport that have multiple nationalities coming in and out of it. The ethic the people from this community shows is embarrassing!!!
The employee looked dirty so I was glad they ran out of pretzels.i will spend my money some place else
Maybe the worst Cinnamon pretzel i had ever. It must have been sitting in the case for a week. You would think the counter person would have warned me somehow...
If you come right before closing time (9pm) you can snag some free pretzels before they throw them out
Employees were nice but our 2 orders tasted like pure butter and nothing else. Tasted nothing like other Auntie Anne's
It was good, But it makes me mad they do what they want since they “aren’t a corporate store” Had a digital coupon from Discover, but this private location doesn’t take any coupons. When in the Airport in Atlanta I probably won’t be using them.
