Horrible customer service. I came there Tuesday 1-4-2022 around 3pm. I wanted a pretzel. All they had was two large pretzel nuggets. There's no telling how old those were and I didn't ask for bites I wanted a pretzel. The other workers were in the process of making pretzels. I actually would have waited. The cashier said I have nuggets. Never offered some pretzels will be coming up in a few mins. She was gun hold on selling me the nuggets. I said I would come back but I never did. It's not that hard. There should have been one or two of everything anyway, not 2 large pretzel cups. I went to Great American and got some cookies instead.

It was a little bit disgusting, one of the employees was angry and I don't know why, she grabbed a bowl with ice where they have bottled water and threw it up to the table, also some food was overcooked, but other employees were friendly and nice, I think they need a better manager.
$5.99 and 20 mins wait for this burning mini dogs. Do you train your employees how to make the food? 20 mins wait for this is a waste of time. I’m willing to wait because I love your guys pretzel. I’m a fan of it but this is ridiculous!!!!
I go to Auntie Anne stores all the time. This is a great location with Awesome customer service. The pretzels are always hot and fresh. They do a great job of managing the lunchtime rush. This location is in the food court of perimeter mall so there is plenty of parking. Its right by the escalators so its easy to access and leave as to avoid mall traffic. I love the Raisen pretzel which isn't always available when I go but they're pretty good about making one quickly if you ask. I definitely recommend this location.
They didn’t wear gloves, I asked about it and he just looked at me. My son wanted the pretzel so I got it only to find a hair. 3/4 workers didn’t have gloves on, the line was long. Whoever the manager is needs to do a better job because this is absolutely unacceptable.
Literally NO ONE had gloves on or masks. They’re talking, laughing, touching their faces and then handling food without gloves. Unbelievable
Cleanliness is everything!!! Customer service means a lot to me. I was eating lunch while deciding what to order from the menu from Auntie Anne's. When two employees decided to verbally attack me. Asking what was I looking at. Maybe because it was right after they had dropped a bag of dough on the floor or the person leaning on the table where they roll out dough, the fact that a couple of them were on their cell Phones. Either way I was very disappointed and felt disrespected.
Line is too long. Are you kidding? It's all premade or fountain pours. No way am I waiting in that long line.
Today they were really busy. They had a line that moved great. The food was good. And all the employees were super pleasant despite the crowd.
