I love Auntie Anne’s. But this location’s Customer Service is horrible! Including the “manager”. I don’t even know how she has that position. They’re very unfriendly and rude. Just mean. They didn’t even greet customers. The customers have to greet them. They have major attitude and don’t mind showing you. They act as if the customers are bothering them. Just mean!!

I had been drooling the menu online for about two weeks lol. I am a big goody. But I want to say Thank you for the great service!!!!!!!! And friendliness of the staff. The food was delicious and hot. I had the almond pretzel. And mini pretzel dogs. And large lemonade. And you guys didn’t let me down. Please keep up with the great work. I will be back for that 50 count!!! Thank you for being nice. Because I had been feeling down. An I was quickly cheered up and let with a smile. I wish I knew the cashier name to give her a special shout out. Because she reallyyyyyyyy made our DAY!!!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
So the pretzels are good, but they don’t enforce masking for employees. An employee kept his mask down on his chin the entire time we were there and he was handling food. Just goes to show they don’t care about their customers’ health or wellbeing, or public health in general.
I got there (Cumberland Mall) this morning at 10:30 and saw a worker named Kymieca, assistant manager at Auntie Anne's, at the counter placing pretzels in a cup. I greeted her and she greeted me and turned and continued to finish what she was doing!!! Such disregard, because she gave me the impression that she did not want to be bothered. She then rang my order in the register and I gave her my money and she walked away through a door. She returned shortly after with my change. The previous times that I have been there, the other workers there were more polite. Perhaps she should not be serving Customers.
