I went to Aunti Anne's at Atl Airport next to B23. First, instead of them stating to customers that they were having technical difficulties...it was immediately before actually getting into the line the Manager was extremely RUDE yelling, "we only excepting dollars and it must be exact change!" I know the Airport provide jobs for people in the community but this is an international Airport that have multiple nationalities coming in and out of it. The ethic the people from this community shows is embarrassing!!!
First time here. Located in the Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson International airport, T side. The workers were very nice and helpful. I didn't know they had different flavors, pretzel pups, dogs and dipping sauces. A cup of originals, dipping sauce and a bottled drink were almost $13. It was clean and fresh. A bit pricey but everything is at the airport. Check out my videos.
All they had was cinnamon sugar left. The pretzels were chewy and room temperature. The service was fast but not friendly at all.
Count your money if you go here. I ordered here today as I’m waiting on my plane, and my order was $7 and I gave the clerk a $20 bill and she only changed me $3. Be careful. If I would have noticed before I would have went back and got the rest of my money.
How can you go wrong with what tastes like beer and butter battered pretzels with cheese sauce to dip it in. They are always fresh. I have never had a bad experience here

Just stopped by the one at D23, after a long day of airports, and lady at the register said they dont have any more food, they're only serving drinks. It was 8:44pm, another guy stopped at the same time, same story. This means they close before 8:45pm on Friday...
If I could rate this zero stars, I would. We have been delayed for hours and I asked if I could have some ice to keep my sons allergy vials cold so they wouldn’t be destroyed. He said I had to buy something! I didn’t have my wallet with me out of concern for these very vital shots he needs DAILY!!!!!! I am shocked that your employees can’t show kindness and empathy for a worried mother over something something out of my control.
Hartsfield: The staff were ignorant and so was there manager. I caught the staff talking about me after I left and returned. I refused to make a purchase after reading and understanding their menu to be a certain product and the not knowing how to explain it. I left my phone which the older cashier didn’t notice because she was too busy talking to the young man about the interaction. She also didn’t notice a customer was standing there waiting while this conversation was taking place. So much for a black owned franchise because the manager was just as ignorant and disrespectful.
Rude for no reason. I'm not even grumpy and delayed like everyone else usually is in the Southwest terminals. I just politely asked a question and got snapped at.
