Food was excellent and the service was amazing!
I do not like to spend my money and in return receive disrespect and inadequacy. This is not a match.Very poor customer service. Very poor quality of food. I will be writing a letter to the corporate offices.
Refused to give refund after selling raw dough
Yummy pretzels and great customer service! Can’t go to Lenox and not have a pretzel.
The service here is very poor. The old looking man needs to learn customer service as well as the manager that worked on 12/12/20. If I’m telling you the pretzels are dry why would you offer me butter to dip them in. Then tell me its going to be 20 minutes before I can get more all while being rude. If I say I would rather have my money back do you really think I want anything you may prepare for me. I offered to pay for a customers order using the funds I already paid and that posed a problem. How you not comprehend the even exchange of what I wanted to do. It’s plain and simple either you do the job you applied or find something else. I’m sure there’s a lot of people that would be happy to have your job. If the managers partake in the foolery of the employees that says a lot about what they represent.
The young guy on the register is so rude he rather do his homework at work instead of assisting customers,I won’t recommend this location or return! I asked how long ago was the cinnamon nuggets cooked because they were really dry and hard the guy responded when they were cooked! How rude!
Yes the customer service is poor. But that's a trend in Atlanta, especially among young people. That's predominately the type of employees that work at this location. I pay it no mind because I have to get my pretzel fix. Most of the time the pretzels are near fresh, or at least not too old. Sometimes, they just need to be trashed instead of sold, as they sometimes do. The employees need to have more of a sense or urgency and care enough to keep fresh product stocked. It's the busiest mall in the entire metro area and ppl will have to wait 10-20 minutes for fresh product, but it's 4-6 employees standing behind the counter. Not cool.
Worst service I've ever had. I took my daughter there for a pretzel. When I asked for a water (since it was covered in salt), I was told “go to Chic-fa-la and get one for free, or buy a drink.â€
Where do I start? The customer service is absolutely POOR and management is horrendous. The employees and managers that work there are homophobic, rude and will fire their workers if they speak out about what they're doing wrong behind the scenes. They don't respect their customers at all. How do I know this? I used to be an employee of this unstable place of business. And if you do not believe me, look at the other reviews! I will not stop until I reach out to the right people to get this issue resolved!
Burnt pretzel and then mad when I asked for fresh one. Handling food with long hair draping everywhere and really rude.
