You may want to go somewhere else. After a 20 min wait for a salad at off hours (8pm), the staff (only 2 people) did not provide bread from Atlanta BREAD company for my salad. I asked the gentleman behind the counter for my bread. After receiving a rude look, he provided my pieces of bread. As you can see the bread in the provided photos was not baked, white, and served semi- raw. This bread is similar to “a take and bake” from the grocery store.Being from the Atlanta area, this is not how Atlanta bread is served at other locations. After considering the bread was not cooked I picked the chicken off my salad thinking what else might Atlanta Bread serving that is not properly cooked and served to their customers ?I attached is my receipt as reference. The readers of this review may consider the above when picking a place to eat in ATL.

The sandwich is pretty small. It was fresh and is made of quality ingredients just small. There is a little dining room in the back that is away from all the hustle and bustle of the airport. Nice and quiet.

Rude staff. Yelling at 637 am saying that’s how she talks. No eye contact. Just ready to push to the next guest while keeping people confused. Talking to people like they don’t deserve respect. I get ppl don’t understand that they can’t order lunch but it doesn’t say anywhere that it’s only serving breakfast. No bagels out. Just open and they only had two sandwich options?? Wait on coffee. Idk seemed unfair to travelers who wanted the correct products with an open store. Paying for a juice and sandwich for 10 dollars. Maybe treat the customers better and give correct products to busy travelers looking for what’s on the menu.

Went to order a breakfast sandwich at 9:30am and was flat out told no. The breakfast hours clearly say it’s served until 10am. Didn’t get a ‘sorry we ran out of breakfast’, just a very rude ‘no you can’t get that’.

Seriously the staff makes it obvious their lack of care. Definitely in need of cleaning. The diet coke wasn't coming out properly and they were out of unsweetened tea. One of the staff member only joked on how they needed to be fixed or refilled rather than addressing the problem. And while 3 or 4 employees "worked" the other 3 or 4 employees hung out in the back, that was blocked off for possibly cleaning or construction and had social time on their phones and with each other.

The food was fine. But the staff was terrible. Downright rude to the elderly gentleman in front of us, slow and in general didn’t seem to want to be there. It was 4:45 pm and they just seemed to want to leave. It’s an International airport, they should expect people to want food around 5 pm. Very disappointing.

Awful! Tastes like some cold awful 7 eleven sandwich..\\nActually 7 eleven is tastier! This place is a wannabe panera but tastes like garbag!

This restaurant has great customer service. The employees are so hospitable and nice. Food is always great everytime I come here

The workers were so rude I didn't bother to order at all. When I asked how the paying was, they said \\\"I don't know\\\" and walked away. Terrible reflection on the company. Looks like negligent hiring.

Donner was the server. Constantly on his feet. I had the bella chicken and the Savannah Sweet tea lemon which had local ingredients. Both were tasty. I was surprised that the food came out quickly. I did sit next to a family that was in a hurry so this may have helped. May recommed this place but still Chicken N Beer is still better. Does remind me of Panera Bread.
