Excellent Customer Service and I like the Diversity at this Hotel. Everyone Black & White was so helpful through out my stay. The rooms are up to date and clean. I saw the workers wiping the furniture down, whenever someone would get up from sitting.

I arrived at 2 and was told to wait an hour as guests were checking out.. fine no problem. Upon finally checking into a room I noticed my water wouldn’t get hot in the shower. I contacted the front desk and 45 minutes later an engineer arrived. He suggested I move rooms. The current room I was in had been vacant for over a month (so why was I made to wait an hour for a room that had been vacant?).Moved rooms which was a hassle and eventually ordered room service. The attendant Deborah I believe had the nastiest attitude over the phone. I over looked it, times are hard.When I arrived downstairs to retrieve my food. The 3 attendants behind the desk were arguing! I stopped them I was told by the SAME attendant that took my order that room service was closed. ?I informed her I was i ordered 38 minutes ago, she told me to go check with the Starubucks, we’ll you guessed it. Starbucks closed early, and my food was NEVER PREPARED. I waited in the lobby, in my pajamas, for 37 minutes to get my food and it was uncooked. I did not receive any sort of apology.I won’t ever stay here again unless I can speak to actual Operations manager who can assure me I won’t be experience this level of inconvenience at a 4 star hotel. The shower in the second room was rusty. Just horrid.

Room is fine but restaurant service is way below Westin’s standard. We had breakfast and dinner. Wait staff was courteous enough but not completely forthcoming about when/whether breakfast buffet food was being replenished and slow service at dinner, even though there were very few patrons at either meal.

Clean modern room. No carpet is a plus. View of planes taking off was pretty cool from top floor. The Bedding was great. Really loved the pillows.Cerria at front desk was friendly, helpful& efficient.BEWARE: 2 Mercedes Benez in paid parking were vandalized. Windows smashed in.

From the valet to check-in to breakfast, the service here was impeccable. Clean room, beautiful and well maintained lobby, great on-site restaurant. This is a great place to stay near the airport.

We ended up at this hotel after an absolute disaster of an experience in another local hotel (reverie posted with pics!). You walk in and the hotel is beautifully appointed and smells phenomenally clean. We were greeted by Stephen at the front desk who got us quickly into a room because it was late and we were already exhausted. He provided unparalleled customer service! In the morning we came down and had breakfast at the restaurant and the food was perfect!

Austere room, poor housekeeping. Not at all worth the price. We arrived very late due to airline issues. Had trouble sleeping because sheet and mattress cover too small and kept riding up around my legs. Awoke to find no glasses, no coffee, no coffee cups in the room. Went to the desk and asked for these supplies; they had none. Said it would be delivered “soon”. Waited 30 minutes, nothing.

Very nice. Was please to see the laminate wood floor and no carpet. Room was very clean and I the bed was so comfortable. Service was nice. Nice smiling faces greeting me at the check in counter. I enjoyed my dinner and breakfast in the dining room in the hotel. The location was good for me. I world stay again.

Great place to rest, especially after a long flight and in-between long layovers.
