cringe food. this is a joke right? also I ordered cheese fries couldn't even bother to put the cheese on. couldn't make a more burnt terrible meal if I tried.

I ordered the chicken burger, they use frozen chicken patty’s from the local grocery store. It’s a complete and utter rip off. If I could give them negative stars I would. Their items look nothing like the pictures they post.
Cold, soggy fries. Would not recommend.
I ordered from Doordash tonight and literally never write reviews, but i had to. The food is gross. Literally not even the french fries were good. How are they in business??
Do not order from here. Everything was disgusting, cold, and dry. You are much better off ordering from McDonald’s.
I didn't realize this was the name of this Reef Kitchen location, I thought it was just the Mr. Beast Burger place. The food is incredible. I've ordered three times. However, the first 2 times I ordered with sauteed onions -- thankfully, they were only an extra 50 cents, since they never made it onto my burger. The first time I ordered, the food was ready, but the guy gave me a hard time about needing to see my phone for some confirmation, even after I told him the name 4 times. The second and third time, the food wasn't ready when I showed up 30 minutes after ordering, since they don't seem to check the machine.The Mr. Beast Burger food is incredible. I had to give them 3/5 on that. But I don't think it's worth it, if you're in a hurry or are in a time crunch -- ordering ahead means nothing. Don't order, unless you have the time to wait. Damn good food, tho.
They should not be in business. One star is too many for them.
This was hands down the worst burger experience of my life. I'm writing this review a year or 2 later but I'll never forget the burger I ordered. Extremely Grey (in color) tasted like a frozen pattie, and the taste was disgusting. I was surprised when I saw their food truck behind an apartment building off Bloor/Spadina, because I legit thought a 67 year old woman tried cooking this on a george-foreman grill in her Kitchen and used Doordash to pass it off as a restaurant. NEVER! EVER! order from here.
