Beautiful property in the best location in Atlanta! The new office team is AMAZING!
I need to reach a person directly, and have met a lot of roadblocks. Hopefully the situation can be easily resolved because 675 N Highland is a beautiful property!I had toured with Tony and had a fantastic experience! He was very friendly, the property is beautiful, and he answered all of our questions well and thoroughly. However, I have since applied for an apartment. I was charged for two $99 'online application fees' and a $300 admin fee. I understand that the app and admin fee are standard protocol, but I am not sure why I was charged twice for the app fee -- possibly a system glitch, hopefully can be resolved! My interaction in-person with staff thus far has been fantastic! However, my ability to contact the leasing office for any follow-up has been less successful.I received an email from Aysia on the morning of the 5th asking for financial information, which I sent within the hour. It has now been four business days, and I have no response (it is not the evening of the 8th). I need to know the status of my application and whether or not I have secured a unit. Applying for an apartment is a financial commitment, and my primary concern is knowing whether or not I need to make that commitment elsewhere or whether I have secured a unit at 675 N Highland. I understand that financial info verification and background checks can be time consuming, however, I would like to know if the apartment I payed money to apply for is in fact an apartment I will be able to move into assuming my financial and background info are approved. I have tried to be proactive in finding out that info, however, thus far I have been largely unsuccessful. After allowing two business days for an email response and receiving none, I decided to send additional inquiry emails and call the office. I left a message and my call-back info yesterday morning after I did not get through to a staff member. I did not hear back yesterday or most of today -- I started calling again this morning to see if I could catch a leasing agent at their desk. Again I went to answering machine. I left another message. I finally got through to a call center this evening but they said they didn't have access to any property or leasing info and would leave a message.Yesterday, I was somewhat concerned when the website was giving me an error message when I tried logging into my account. The 'Floorplans' leasing page was also down (it says "call the leasing office"). The website has been down completely since midday today. I am growing increasingly concerned that I have payed and given my personal and financial information over to an unreachable or unverifiable source.Really, I just need to speak with a person.
My husband and I visited 675 N Highland last week for a tour. Tony went above and beyond to show us the property and secure us a unit that had become available within the hour we were there! He made the application process as quick and seamless as possible. We are so excited to move in this fall!
675 N Highland is the nicest apartment complex I found in the Virginia Highlands/Poncey Highlands/Midtown area for the price, and I looked at everything in the area. The manager Tony and assistant manager Aysia are very friendly and always follow through when something needs repair, etc. They also have social events so people new to the city can meet new people. I highly recommend them!
Nice place and nice staff. The biggest downside is that one can hear every step of the person living above, (or perhaps the person above me is a giant, either way I have to deal with that every day such that they wake me up with their steps, every morning before my alarm) that’s why I’m awarding it 3 stars.
Tony is the best property manager !!! He made my experience so easy and simple ! I will be suggesting and referring people to this property.
Tony was amazing & walked me through the entire process smoothly
This complex is so spacious. The amenities are fresh and modern. It’s great to be at place where the staff makes you feel like part of the family. If you’re shopping for a new location to call home, stop by this property for a tour.
Loved my touring experience here. Tony was very knowledgeable of the community and surrounding area. Due to work I will be moving out of Atlanta but, If I was staying I would definitely be living at 675 N Highland.
Staff is extremely friendly and caring. They know the property and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Very beautiful property.
