Horrible experience here our whole table was flipped inside out security took my gun clip abs I still haven’t retrieved it fight broke out after sitting waiting on a server for 30 mins was out with co workers

If I could give 0 stars I would. The food was horrible. My meal went into the trash and my money was wasted. The Salmon was dried out.The only good thing about this place was the young lady at the bar who took my order! The customer service was horrible and non-existent by the manager! She has a very nasty attitude!Ordered seafood rice, salmon and seafood rice, a Caesar salad and wings for the family:I receive my food and the portions of the rice was not worth the money. I was missing one of my wings, and my salad was literally thrown in the container like it was trash! At this point ever part of this meal was messed up.The server was apologetic and had my salad fixed. Instead of the manager coming and speaking with me she chose to ignore the situation. There was no apology for multiple parts of my order being messed up.I attempted to get her attention and she behaved as if I was bothering her. When I inquired about the portion size she was very condescending and aggressive! I requested a refund because at this point I no longer want this food based on the tone and overall atmosphere. I was met with a refusal to refund me.
Runnnnn! Do not eat the food! They recycle food. Everything I ordered was old. I ordered chicken & beef nachos that came out cold for an app-sent back and they microwaved it and topped it with additional items. Ordered, lamb chops, Mac and cheese & mash potatoes- Came out room temp and was not cooked to order. Nothing was fresh. Drinks were watered. Spoke to manager, she could care less. Very disappointed! Will not return!
Food is good but it came out cold n it wasn’t very fresh. Ordered nachos they were cold sent them back to get fresh one but they just reheated the same nachos. Just thru cheese on Mac n cheese and put in microwave. Servers walking round with attitudes. Over all I won’t be back
I've been at 656 Sports Bar & Grille several times..Let me tell y'all the food is delicious, really good , prices are reasonable..The waitress are nice and professional ?..Go check them out?
I made reservations was never contacted. Called and spoke with a waiter that said she made the reservations for me, come enjoy! Got there reservations was not reserved for my 10 people. Waited hours for a table and when we got one table for 4 the rest of the party waited hours and it was open booths. Then we waited hours for our food to come to us cold. Everyone of us had cold lamb chops and watered down drinks!!! Horrible night on Friday March 25, 2022. I will not recommend.
Relaxing spot. Went about 5:30 before the crowd came. The waitress was very attentive and fast with our drinks and food.The only thing I did not like is that I got a very cheap item for $4. The waitress added gratuitously so I ended up spending about $10. I don't like when the waitress just add their own gratuity. Let me tip what I want to tip. Also, we met the owner. It's rare that a owner go around his place of business to introduce himself to the customers. So that was kind of him.
Now if you want good food and drinks with a good vibe then go to 656. The food was sooo good I had the fried lobster tail, Mac n cheese and collards. My friends had wings, wraps and burger. Everyone was super satisfied with the meals and service. We ordered pitchers of margaritas and they were good too. I'd definitely recommend this place.
