Ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Fries, Sweet Tea, 2 Ranches, 1 Zax Sauce. Food was solid
I was at this location on Atlanta hwy. no wonder why I was one of the only ones sitting in the dining room around lunch time…. The quality of food has changed and the customer service is horrible. Ordered a finger plate and coleslaw was mixed in between the fries I asked for another coleslaw and they didn’t even want to replace it but finally did. They were arguing with me saying that’s the way it comes. More breading on the fingers then there is meat.. last visit here I’ll go to chick fil a or even McDonald’s before I come back here and pay premium price for garbage food and service.
Went yesterday and this guy was very rude no kind of service didn’t give me any napkins are condiments. Acted like I didn’t even exists , be careful going around the driveway very dangerous curve you might hit something are someone in front of you that drive way curve isn’t a driveway
Wow! Absolutely WOW today! I work at a nearby dentist office and only have 30 minutes for lunch. Which usually makes it impossible for me to come eat lunch and make it back on time… but today was different. Less than a ten minute drive-thru time, from order to pull off, AND the young man in the maroon polo greeted me with a smile. I did not recognize anyone behind the counter today, but they SET IT OFF! Let’s hope tomorrow is as awesome… I may be able to go back to my regular lunchtime at Zaxby’s instead of having to spend twice as much to have something delivered. Thank you sir! You really made my day!
Sign by the road says dining room open, but the dining room is always closed and the drive-through is a mile long with 10 minute waiting per car oh, the service is slow, the food is good if you can ever get it
Food was good. They had big signs saying the dining room was open, but then when you got out of your car and walked up, there was a sign on the door saying the dining room was closed. This was pretty frustrating. I don't mind the dining room being closed, but they should take down the big signs.
Store was closed only drive thru. Waiting in line 15 minutes. Cashier sounded like she didn’t want to be there. Ordered a bleu salad Buffalo. The salad was horrible beyond belief. Chicken in salad was not fresh and NOT Buffalo. No toppings at all in the salad. Service 1 star. Food 1 star.
My husband went to pick us up some lunch on Sunday afternoon about 3:00 Pm on 3/20/22. He ordered two house salads and wings and a big zaksnack meal. The meal was $40 no drinks except the one that came with the meal. We live 25 minutes from the store so no we could not just return the meal. My salad was covered in blue cheese not just a little but covered the whole thing had to be trashed. This salad does not come with blue cheese so have to assume someone else ordered it that way. The wings were dried up and almost uneatable also went into the trash. So of our $40 meal half of it was trashed. I understand short staff and busy days but we tried to call the store to maybe get credit for a future visit after 20 minutes on hold we simply hung up. It will be quite awhile before we visit another Zaby’s.
Two kids working hard while the rest are goofing off. Hardly anyone inside eating, but those few there waiting an hour to get their food. The working kids deserve a promotion.
I have no idea how this restaurant is still open. Bad experience every single time I come here. Only reason I keep trying is because I love Zaxbys (not this one) and this one is 2 minutes away from my house. I regret going every time.
