This place was really dirty. We had a hard time finding a table we can sit down, all of them had crumbs or trash on them. All zero calorie drinks were unavailable! No tops for the drinks. And no blue cheese salad. Service seemed annoyed with just us ordering food. Not a good place, would not recommend.
Waited almost 30 mines for 3 things. Very unorganized crew. No sense of leadership or anyone directing team. Several employees on their phone instead of helping. Just a mess… and to top it off they’re not even courteous to the paying customers who had to wait. SMH
I don't write reviews, but 25 minutes for an order when there's 5 people in the back chatting on the food line is ridiculous.
This Zaxbys has gone extremely down hill, every single time I’ve gone there in the past year has been nothing short of a complete disappointment. The care that the food is put together is trash, the customer service is trash, the wait time is long(trash) and the professional of the workers is trash. I am completely aware that it’s a fast food restaurant and the struggles that come with working in one but it doesn’t take anything to treat people who are just trying to get a meal with a little common decency. Today I wait in the drive thru line for 20 mins just to get to the microphone and be told very rudely “we’re closed, we ran out of food”, LIKE HOW DOES A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT RUN OUT OF THEIR MAIN ITEM WHICH IS FOOD? Then have the audacity to get mad at me for just trying to place an order. Trash, trash, trash !
Waited 15min in the drive-through just to order! When I get to order, the guy had his mic on chatting away with his co-worker talking about other customers! So I asked if I could order. Without answering me he laughs and tells his co-worker what I said! So when I FINALLY get to order I told him I can hear his conversation. He says "ok so"! Then as I'm pulling away, he laughs again at me asking to order! So unprofessional!!! Then when I get to the window, I tell the nice lady that i can hear what they are saying and how rude they are. He didn't even know his mic was on! NotEVER going Back and wasting my time and money there!
26 minutes to get through the drive through with only 3 cars ahead of me. That is INSANE. I have never experienced something like that at any other Zaxbys. And attitude at the window. This location needs to do better.
My girlfriend and I (extremely pretty) ordered a salad and kickn chicken sandwich respectively. Because my girlfriend is vegetarian, she requested no meat in her zalad. It ended up being very good. She was not pleased with the Texas toast, however. Also, CHEDDAR CHEESE BITES YESS. As a Zaxby’s veteran, I was not disappointed with my order either. Overall ⅘.
First time I had a problem here.. cashier was so intent on playing he just ignored us and chewed on his straw. The other cashier kept telling him to come ring us up but he ignored them too. Kept looking at us with a smerk like he knew what he was doing.. if the manager of this store allows their employees to just not care then I'm out, chic fila or raising Cane's is right around the corner, and they will acknowledge you. Into the cashier won't you clock out and go home cuz you ain't doing anything anyway
This visit was disappointing every step of the way. The cashier seemed annoyed we had walked in and she had to take our order. We ordered and went and sat down. My friend ordered a buffalo chicken salad and I got some chicken fingers. He received the wrong salad, which was fine, he was going to eat it anyway. But when he tasted the grilled chicken it had a weird texture and just tasted off. I offered to go order him something else.Because the cashier's seemed kind of standoffish when we arrived, I didn't want to ask them to remake the salad. I go order and the cashiers don't notice me because they're saying they're super excited to go home in an hour. One worker notices me and says "you have a customer." She disappears and goes and gets someone else because I guess she didn't wanna do it. I order & pay for my friend a big zax snack and we wait 20 minutes. I finally go up to see what is taking so long and they had lost track of the order. I get it, we eat, and leave. On the way out I can hear the cashier telling someone else she doesn't get paid enough to deal with whatever it is she's dealing with. The people who worked tonight acted like they'd rather be anywhere else. I suppose that's true. It just looks weird to be so vocal about it with people in the dining room.To top it off they pronounced Chandler as "Chugley" we laughed at that.
Waited 45 minutes inside for my order! Between worrying about the drive thru which probably had more than 20 cars go through and online ordering…maybe you should focus on the inside too or close the doors. Absolutely ridiculous to wait that long!
