Twice, I have placed an online order at this location, just for me to arrive and for their “system to be down”. I am then told that I cannot get my food and that I need to return tomorrow to get a refund on my online order that I have already paid for. I will not be online ordering again because it appears that it causes more headache than good. Not only did I have to resort to a different restaurant to receive food but I also have to make time in my day to drive back to this location in order to get my refund for something that the restaurant could not handle immediately. It is apparent that something needs to be fixed with the online ordering system in order for this location to run smoothly. I am giving this location two stars for the few other times that I have eaten here, problem free.
Went inside to buy small quantity of coleslaw. Young lady took my order and turned to deliver it to the kitchen. There was one couple dining inside and two vehicles in the drive thru. Hardly enough traffic to stress the prep group. It took over 10 minutes for the kids in the kitchen to stop their fooling around with each other and complete my order for 2 8 oz cups of coleslaw. This store has slipped do badly in the last few months.
Went through drive thru. My order was wrong yet again (no surprise there) so this time I decided to check my bag at the window. It was wrong so I tried to hand the girl the food back. I stated “this was suppose to be no Ranch and no tomato” … the girl in the window then said “well it’s rung up as no bacon no cheese” and then I stated “well it’s supposed to be only bacon and only cheese” .. the girl rolled her eye and, snatched the bag. I then said “I’m sorry did I upset you?” And she slams the door in my face and turns around to talk to her coworkers. Then a male comes up to the window, stares at me and puts his hand up to me and says “mam, mam, is there a problem” and I said “I think I upset her but I’m not sure what I did” … he looked back at her and said “she’s good if you are” …. She never came back to the window. It was very rude and unprofessional. She was also twitching and seemed geeked up on something. If you can’t handle the issues in fast food, you need to find another job. I haven’t been back since and will never go back as this experience was about a month ago.
Probably would never go back again I used to love this place haven’t been in a while thinking ima get some good fresh food and the food was cold very disappointed!
Went on my lunch break. Waited in not a super long line for fifty minutes in the drive thru. It didn’t move! Didn’t make it to the order station before I had to leave for work again. Don’t go
Food is good but service is slow and the dining room could use a remodel to bring it on par with other Zaxby's in the area.
First off, my food was great, and the gentleman who served me was kind and professional. He could not have been older than ten years old. Furthermore, it was just past 1:00 on a school day.I don't care if there's some precedent that technically makes this practice legal. I'm gobsmacked by the sheer moral bankruptcy. Someone chose to look a literal child in the eyes, hand him a uniform, and put him to work - likely because it was cheaper than paying adults a decent wage. It blows my mind that people like this actually exist, and can sleep at night.I know it won't make a difference if I never come back (and I won't), but people deserve to know that their business allows some degenerate to live comfortably by exploiting literal children.Edit: for clarity, I picked up an online order. Had I seen a child behind the counter I never would have purchased anything in the first place.
Professional employees. Decent wait time in drive thru. Good food.
The cashier was less than enthusiastic about taking our order and kept adjusting his hat because it didn't fit. My son even asked him if he was okay as his whole demeanor was unhappy and resentful. The other employees were standing around talking. Perhaps it was shift change. We ordered the finger plates but the garlic toast was missing as well as any utensils for the coleslaw. Then while we were eating, the same cashier pulled the garbage from one of the bins and never came back to put in another trash bag or put the bin back. I don't know if he was overworked or he was new and not properly trained. This store could use an update as it's not on the same level as other stores and seems to be run by high school kids who seem to be more concerned about their social life.
Food was good, service good, the table we satbdown at was unstable, there were allot of people standing close by waiting for their order. Good food, fair atmosphere
