Ordered 30 wings and fries, the fries were soggy and cold & the wings were WAY over cooked and super dry. Will not be ordering here for a long time
The food is great....when you receive your order as requested.I can't have bread so whenever I go to a WNB location I request a lettuce wrap. The Athens location seems to either be out of lettuce wraps or doesn't know what a lettuce wrap is.I've ordered the same thing from them twice now and requested a lettuce wrap. Both times I simply got shredded lettuce.Not the end of the world but definitely doesn't impress me since apparently they can't provide something thats an option on their menu when every other location can.....
Got 11 wings instead of 12 I have ordered! Not a big deal if you did so unintentionally but if u did so on purpose.. not nice .. the price is high enough to make profit! To be fair to food was good!

I have stopped in here several times now and out of the 3 other locations I have stopped at,this is by far the best location by far. Katie and Khia always have the happiest attitudes and smiles on their faces. It doesnt matter if they are busy and working very hard,they do it with a smile on their face. I can't express how important that is and how much of a difference that makes in my visit to any business. It literally brings a positive environment to that location and makes it a joy to come here. I always ask for Hot Lemon Pepper Wings all flats with extra lemon pepper and the wings extra wet. The extra wet and extra lemon pepper basically determines whether or not I will eat my wings. It's It's important to me. Every time I come here Katie and Khia make sure i am satisfied with my order and always ask if i need anything extra to go. These ladies are amazing and a joy to be around when buying my food there. They are the definition of great customer service and have made a lifetime customer out of me. Thank you for being great.
EVERYTIME!!! I go there. My celery looks old and brown. I've had better wings at other places for more reasonable price. Then they have the audacity to charge for extra blue cheese. Shout out to "WING CAFE" BROWNSBRIDGE RD THEY know how to do wings. And WING STOP. WNB STEP UP YOU GAME.
The worse shrimp poboy I ever had. $17 for bread and 5 shrimp. Didn't even dress it how I wanted. Not even close. Fries were garbage, sad excuse for hush puppies. Shrimp were hard and chewy. Tasted old! This place is a waste of money
I order a Philly Combo and didn't get my fries and my sandwich was cold when I got it!! Called 8 times about my order and didn't get an answer
The sign says 11:30 the kitchen staff didn’t get there till 11:30 ridiculous need to hire people who can actually make it on time to work so can open on time
These were the worse wings every. The to go box was sitting in liquid that spilled in the car. When my husband called to let them know his dismay with the soupy wings, he was told next time don't ask for light sauce. His response to them was I didn't order sauce at all. We eat wings all the time. Never will we eat here again. Terrible Food and Terrible Service on Epps Bridge Rd.
