It's a good place for wings. The manager was really nice. I was killing some time in there eating some wings and he noticed I didn't get a drink so he gave me one on the house. Looking over the reviews it seems like maybe they've made some mistakes hiring people who just didn't do their job right, but that can happen sometimes. Hopefully they've corrected that now.If you want some good wings and to support a local business, try them out.
Awful!!! I’d give zero stars if that was an option. I placed an order with them and paid an overpriced delivery fee compared to everywhere else. Then, I waited over 2 hours without any updates besides the original confirmation email. My order never showed up, yet I was still charged!!!! I’ve called 7 times and left 2 voicemails since no one bothers to answer the phone. They also don’t bother to prepare your food or return calls. Don’t order from them unless you want to get ripped off also.(My friend also had a horrible experience but his images got deleted from wing zones reviews, so I’m attempting to include those too. )
Don’t trust old reviews, because this place has recently gotten beyond bad. Their steep decline is obvious based on the newer reviews tho. Wings took forever and were literally raw but somehow melted into the to go container. They also did not include the sides and had a bad attitude about refunding them… Wing Zone said they were out of the sides & asked if I even really wanted the vegetables and sauces anyway…I’d paid extra for them & ordered them, so Idk what their issue is…Needless to say that I couldn’t eat the wings either but they wouldn’t refund them or even offer to replace them. Waste of $ & time

Not so great experience. I had t wait 30 min. For 20 wings to be cooked , The wings were ( over cooked ) dry and tuff. When i got my carry out home the 2 boxes were melted together Styrofoam melted onto the wings. Then i called the store 3 times and they would never answer the phone . Never eat there again
