Waffle House has always been my go-to for a quick meal when I get off work. I work nights and I’m always grateful for places that are open late or 24hrs. The workers at this location have started locking their doors and closing shop at 10PM. If that’s their new policy, then that’s fine— but if that’s the case then they need to update their business hours. But something tells me that’s not the case. Every time I’ve stopped by past 10 there’s workers inside just sitting at the tables on their phone. I’ve even seen them sleeping in the booths.

It's a great experience every time I visit this waffle House when they're open. This morning the same repeated. The staff was fun and upbeat especially the cook and Brooke was a great waitress good job thanks

Brook is great as a server and Heather was a awesome cook. They were both helpful, professional and just great at who they are and what they do. Me and my sister felt welcomed.

Consistently good breakfast good. I like their cheese grits

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Time and time again my husband and I try to come eat here, but never can because of the staff. Tonight we went there to eat. We got seated at a table and were told they will be right back to serve us. The server comes back a few minutes later saying that they are not serving food because they do not have a cook, but yet there were multiple people eating around us… This is the worst Waffle House… we keep trying again because it is close to our house but every time it’s the same thing. The staff is lazy and it’s unsanitary.

Just order the sausage egg and cheese hashbrown bowl with sausage gravy. You'll thank me later!

Waffle house is usually good. There have been a couple of times when they have not . One was when the cook walked out. And once was when the cook was so high he could not manage to cook on the grill. They have better themselves and I am grateful. Two gold stars for waffle house.

Jesus Christ Waffle House... I would gladly pay $1 more for my food if you guys were open. You need to pay your employees better and they might actually show up for work...

Can’t go wrong with Waffle House, especially the one in Epps Bridge. Be sure to ask for Caroline. She is kind, attentive to your needs, and is just the right amount of chatty.

Every time me and my wife go they are “closed” but yet have a full staff all sitting around on their phones. When we are able to go in the service is terrible and they disappear. They are lazy and honestly just need to close.
