Just don’t go to this location. The cooks are terrible. Toast isn’t toasted. Asked for bacon well done, doesn’t come well done. This is consistent over 4-5 trips to this location.
My favorite waffle house in Athens. The service here is outstanding and the staff run everything so smoothly. The atmosphere is always friendly and I've only had good experiences here
I get it. I'm going to Waffle House late night after work but this is hands down the most inconsistent, simply hit or miss, location ever. The only thing the server said to me was 'We're only taking to go orders right now.' and then walked away. The cook had to take my order from the grill, give me my ticket and my food. There was also the one time in the middle of the day with about 4 tables and 4 employees, as a restaurant employee, I felt so bad for one tables wait time that I paid for their food.
I've had the pleasure of dining at this location several times I'm the past. It has never disappointed me or any of my family members before. Service and food quality have always been top notch. I can say this has been the best all around Waffle House I've frequented. Class act in my opinion.
Food was on point, service was fast and Kennedy is an absolute rockstar. His cheery attitude and attention to detail was much appreciated!
Food and service were good but no where near excellent. It was very cold in there to be morning time and don't sit near the dishwash station if you want to have a conversation with anyone. It's very load and even startled my mother several times. Menus were sticky and table was only wiped not cleaned.
Terrible service, dirty tables, dirty floor,filthy bathrooms…. Wouldn’t let my dog eat in that shithole!
Went to WH today 01/30/22 ; never will I step to eat there with the same people that are there, cooker was just on her phone while doing the food. Didn’t even cook the bacon nor the meat good .
Ate here for Christmas morning breakfast. They were busy, but our server was nice and attentive. Order was served hot and correct.
Food was good and the service was decent even though they were short staffed. My only complaint is their mode of charging many items separately, not as a package. The bill here is always a little suprisingly high.
