Young ladies were nice! As usual my chicken sandwich was great! Hadn't ate all day..so I stopped by after everywhere I went was packed at 4am...sad thing I was headed to the gym to put in cardio but tummy was empty...so a chicken sandwich put me at half a tank..enough to put in 1:30 of treadmill time with some bag work as well..boxing..great hib ladies made my morning!!?
The kindest Waffle House staff we’ve ever had! Also, Willie sure knows how to cook and is super nice and funny. Probably our new WH location!

The food was amazing, tasted actually fresh, and our waiter, Michael, was very attentive and nice to us too!! I'd say this is my favorite waffle house in Georgia! Most definitely coming back to this one!
This place is a joke. 6a.m. The whole staff out front smoking cigarettes. Sloppy looking staff. Especially the heavyset waitress with zero intent to work. Refused service based off them not having any clean dishes lol no other patrons were even in the restaurant…yikesA manger should really be supervising their kids because I just got turned away because nobody wanted to work. No way at all this place has a genuine 4 star average preview.

One of the workers was very rude and disrespectful. He had blue in his hair. He would of gotten an great tip if his attitude was better
I can honestly say despite the cleanliness of the store the service as well as the cook has a very good grasp of the menu items including price. Unfortunately customers did not enter into the venue to purchase food items and the employees were very upbeat and very tactful upon letting them know that this is a place of business not a hangout and I appreciate that. Another thing I did appreciate is being that even though there was no humongous crowd to have the employees running all over the place tried to keep up those two employees were handling the business as any business in the rule of thumb error which states there's always something to do especially in the food industry the lady was cleaning the tables and sweeping and taking care of straggling orders coming in periodically and the cook was cleaning the waffle irons and taking care of behind the counter. If you could take anything from this statement I implore that you take this which is above and beyond their customer service WAS EXCELLENT AND IT MAINTAINED IT EXCELLENCE FROM THE TIME I WALKED INTO THE ESTABLISHMENT UNTIL I LEFT. I WANT TO THANK THOSE TWO THAT WORKED AT THE WAFFLE HOUSE DOWNTOWN IN ATHENS GEORGIA OVERNIGHT.
The waitress told me she would honor my online coupon for a free hash brown. The lady at the register was rude as hell and told me it had to be printed on paper.She was extremely rude. I would never recommend anyone to to this waffleHouse with their staff who doesn’t care about their customers at all. The girl at the register told me she didn’t care if I printedMy coupon or not because it didn’t benefit her.
