Hands down best tacos in the Athens area. I thought the barbacoa and carne asada were especially good. Affordable and delicious. Get the refried beans as a side. Both salsas are also good and the red has a nice kick.

I've eaten at many of Mexican restaurants in Mexico and Athens, this is one of my new favorites. Everything is fresh and good. The hot sauce is hot and flavorful.

I was disappointed in the options for vegetarians. Mexico is a diverse place that offers fine vegetarian meals but not here.I ordered rice and beans. It was fine but served in STYROFOAM CONTAINERS!Come on folks. One million years from now that styrofoam will still be here. It never goes away.There are better options for our world.A plus for the restaurant was they did make guacamole for me without cilantro, but also without onion , tomato or lime.
First time visiting. The burrito had to be every bit of 5 lbs! Delicious. Very fast service. Very clean establishment.

Genuinely high quality authentic tacos. Simple as that. Try out the Al Pastor tacos! They have great red/green salsas as well which compliment the flavors beautifully. The staff are super nice and laid back which makes for a wonderful environment. Will definitely be back for more!

BEST tacos in Athens hands downEverything here is amazing but if you have to narrow it down to three tacos, get the chicken, steak, and chorizo. The tacos are filled with flavor but watch out for the sauces that come with them. They will light your tongue on fire if you aren’t careful. 2-3 tacos per person and chips and salsa and/or guacamole to share among 4 people makes for an awesome, tasty, and super affordable meal. Each taco is around $2.50 and comes with the fixings unless you specially request to not have them.I’ve only been during the past year and there is only outdoor seating but everything is packed to-go if you want to take it home instead.This restaurant is near Southern Brewing Company and is the perfect meal to eat while listen yo music and drinking beer.
