They were quick but never have the drink I want. Otherwise all was grand!
The management in this place is fabulous. Every time i visit i get exactly what i have ordered and to perfection. Keep up the good work!!
Kim/manager/cashier was a joy to speak with.My toasted cheddar chalupas (I am addicted to),where dark brown,not sure if we're over cooked or if oil needed changed.This location is usually spot on though...
The people working there are rude. We tried to order a party pack and was told we can't order that at 10:30 pm even though they close at 12 am they don't have enough beef to make them. I ordered a burrito Supreme and it was the smallest one I have ever had it had no meat on it. The bean burrito was cold. I don't even see how they have a 3.8 rating this was by far the worst experience I have had at a taco bell. If they can't do any better they just need to close down. Very disappointing
Rude clerk, stated they only had fountain drinks and plain tacos or burritos. Only ground beef, mind you, I received 2 burritos short of what I ordered and got major attitude when I brought it to her attention, then when I ate it, it was def a chicken some kinda whatever burrito with some spicy sauce on it. Far from the plain beef I had been so limited to.
The staff at this location are phenomenal!! So so so nice and friendly!! I pick this fast food place over every single one on 29 strip because the staff here rock!!!
Walked in on 3/20/22 with a friend to eat and was told right away that dining room was closed. There were 2 families sitting down, eating, with a 3rd family walking out after finishing their food. When asked how the lobby was closed with people inside eating, the worker ignored us and walked away. If you have your dining room closed, then it needs to be posted for all to see and doors locked.
This is beyond ridiculous… where’s the meat/filling? I paid for three shells apparently
BEWARE not really sure what the deal is but we visited this Taco Bell because my son wanted Taco Bell as part of his birthday dinner, and because he saw that this store supposedly had four stars. Somehow all five of the Doritos Los Tacos we ordered in the drive through were paper thin. My Nachos Belgrande was also not at all what it usually is. Save yourself some gas, time, and frustration at not being treated the way you’d want to be treated and pass on this place. Definitely don’t go through the drive-thru and pull off without checking your food.
They are soo rude. They wouldn't even acknowledge you when you walked in you had to wait around until you realize that there was a kiosk to make your order. There's a bunch of trash bags just sitting there beside the trash can instead of taking them out. They make you leave even though the dinning area is still open.
