Should have read the complaints before going here. The guy making my wrap seemed distant and was kind of moving slow like he didn't know the next step, which I get and am fine with. The issue I had was with the other customer that showed up for cookies and convinced the guy ,taking forever to make a wrap, to stop mid roll to ring up a couple of cookies. Then my wrap wasn't even cut all the way through when everything was done, kind of hard to eat what is essentially an Italian sandwich burrito with a huge gash in one side.

Placed online order through app, they delivered it to the wrong address. After contacting the restaurant twice they stated they could do nothing about it and that had to fix it through the website. No where on the website is there an option to dispute the order and restaurant refused to help.

Worst bread I've ever had in my life. Young man working there said it was fresh when he made my sandwich. So stale and crusty I could not eat the sandwich

BEWARE NO ONE WILL HELP YOU IF THEY DELIVER YOUR ORDER TO THE WRONG PERSON!!We placed an order on subway.com not knowing they use door dash. Door dash delivered our order to the wrong person AND now no one is responsible because we used subway to order not door dash so neither one will refund our money. Would it hurt either one to use customer service and just help?? The Subway person on the phone only wanted to argue LOUDLY

I ordered on the SUBWAY app for delivery, and I did not receive my entire order. So, I called the store to receive a refund. They were no help at all.First They said I didn't order on the Subway app, so I explained that I did and I was looking at the order on my phone. They tried to say I ordered it on DoorDash app, and I kept explaining that I didn't order through doordash. Then they were finally like "ohh you did order through subway", but we have no access to it, so they told me to contact the app. So, I asked for a number to call. Another employee took the phone from the woman I was talking to and with a MAJOR ATTITUDE said "You need to contact DoorDash we cant help you"

I placed an oder online and after 3 hours still NO SUB. I called to get a refund who ever answered was extremely rude and disrespectful. I tried explaining why i wanted my refund and just got hunged up on. I had to call 6 times untill i got an answer and still got the rude and disrespectful person. If you are not going to have good customer service, if you do not like your job, if you are going to be that rude to customers FIIND ANOTHER JOB OR JUST BE JOBLESS. I did contact subway company about my experience and still have not reveived my refund. UNACCEPTABLE. Even tho it was only 25 dollars i should still get my money back if i did not receive anything. Will have to contact somewere else to get my refund.ZERO STARS ??

Placed an online order for carryout. Had a slight problem with the order, but Cindy helped out and was incredibly nice. Customer service matters to me and I'll definitely go back to this Subway.
