Wonderful subway. Subs are always good. But when ordering delivery they forget items EVERY time. 4th time in a row its happened to me today.

Very good sandwiches last two times I've been. Good service as well

The sub artist were friendly, fast but efficient. The store was clean. Our subs (Cold cuts) were delicious.

Placed an online order. Said it was ready went to pick up door was locked, people inside. Called they said they couldn’t fill it and told me to request a refund on the app. It doesn’t work that way. Store doesn’t deserve one star. Came back the next day to request a refund store still closed. Called talked to Heather. Was going fine until I tried to tell her what her night crew said to us over the phone and said I hoped they didn’t stay employed, ( by the way this is after she said they left the store a mess and she was left to clean it up by herself) told her she was being rude because she kept cutting me off she then said our conversation was being recorded so I asked for the recording and after another few minutes back and forth she then proceeded to refuse me the refund and told me I would have to contact corporate and I could get the recording by subpoena through court. Just horrible customer service.

There was a line at the door and only one lady working at the time. She did a superb job. She was getting everyone in and out with no problems. Everyone was patient with her and she was patient with us especially with the people that didn't no what they wanted to order or those that wanted to know what's the difference between this sandwich or that sandwich. I gave her a compliment on her speed, patience and her conversation with the all the customers. She is one lady I have to say can really multitask. She thank everyone for being patient with her. I wish I have gotten her name. I forgot the sub was terrific also ?

It was good it was like 30 minutes before closing when we arrived to get dinner and there was only one lady working even though she was tired and the only one had been there for two days straight doing everything by herself she still made our sandwiches even though she didn't want to but she did our sandwiches and it was okay could have been better fresher.

The staff is always so friendly! I go there a few times a week and the manager (always there) and her staff are amazing! The few complaints below me are not what this subway is about. I’m sure there is another side of the story because I have always had great service from the manager and her staff. The store is always clean and food is always fresh! Keep up the great work!

every time I’ve been here the ladies are always nice but the afternoon guy gave poor service. I left a tip because I understand the short staffed issues. They were not stocked up. Working in a restaurant you need to go restock always or prep.. it was ok food. Don’t think about coming back

Placed an order on the app on 5/1 and the employees said they didn’t have time to make it. I asked for a refund and they told me to do it on the app. The app said to call the store to be refunded, so I called back and they said they didn’t know how. Since they didn’t know how I called my bank and tried to work it out with them. They contacted me today and said they would but to try with the store one more time. I called and the manager, Heather, said it had been a week (which it hasn’t) and she wouldn’t refund it. She said I should have called her. She got defensive right away. I imagine that working in customer service isn’t always pleasant, but that doesn’t excuse being mean. I didn’t ignore the issue for five days (not a week) and tried to resolve it. At the end of the day, there was a much better way to go about that than how it was handled, even if you still weren’t going to refund it. Immediately getting defensive and not nice is not the way.
