I always have a good experience at Starbucks. It's my favorite coffee ☕️ shop.

The best Starbucks I’ve been to. The food was amazing, and so was the drive thru employee. She was super sweet and kind, and unfortunately I forgot her name.
Just went through the drivethrough and it was extremely busy, but I had the nicest employee named Victoria greet me over the speaker! She didn't seem stressed at all and was super kind! I've never had a bad experience at this location no matter how busy it gets ?
I had a strawberry acai with lemonade, and it was delicious and was made very quickly. The employees were also very friendly!
Every time I come to this Starbucks they are out of London fog lattes. I've already emailed the district manager and spoke to the store manager. They say they can't control what is ordered to their store...I think it's interesting that Jittery Joe's never has been out of earl Grey tea. Starbucks is becoming one of those companies that got so big they don't care about their customers anymore! While I drink a drink i hardly like...smh
Very pleasant service!! The drive-thru line was wrapped around the building and the employees were STILL providing service with a smile.. If in the area, I will definitely visit again.
Last week I came in and purchased a large mocha Frappuccino. It was so bitter that I threw it away. Drive - thru cashier told me there was nothing “they” could do now. To me it sounded more like there was nothing he wanted to do to make it right. Today I pulled up at the drive - thru ordered the same large mocha Frappuccino, I asked the drive-through cashier if there was anything he could do to make my Frappuccino not taste bitter and let’s just say he knew what the Frappuccino needed to taste just right!
I believe this is Athens’ smallest Starbucks location by footprint but due to the drive-thru centric nature of the store, the inside is always great for getting some work done!
