Ordered food. After 30 min of waiting no food . Asked for money back.. they refunded someone elses ticket... for 6$ instead of our 30$ ticket.Employees out in their cars with friends. Employees not working on company hours. Will never be back . So glad I don't live near this sonic. Took over 15 minutes to get correct refund.

Why don’t you apologize for putting it on my food? * My first time to a Sonic. Buy one get one free coupon. They had obviously scraped the whip cream off of mine. No straws. Top 50% too thin for spoon, and melting fast. Surprisingly not very comparable to Dairy Queen’s Blizzard. Way too sweet, does not taste like ice cream. Two stars because Husband would be giving three, but also not returning.
This location is very unsatisfying! I got the crispy chicken sandwich and it was old and soggy. My cheddar poppers breading was raw and the cheese was not melted and my fries were old. They have very rude employees and I'm never coming to the establishment again..
This used to be a great Sonic location...that's unfortunately not the case anymore. The last few times I've been my order has not been correct, the fries were soggy and cold, and the burgers were overcooked and had no taste. I can still get decent mozzarella sticks here, but it isn't enough to keep me coming back. With as many choices as we have nowadays, I can find somewhere else to procure a half-decent overpriced burger.
I wanted a supersonic bacon double cheeseburger with no mayo and no lettuce. The girl kept taking off tomato. She did it three times. Finally I got frustrated and said just give me whatever and I'll take it off myself. Tots were greasy and under seasoned. Shake was really good.
Customer service was appalling. Rude attitude while taking my order. I had a question about a particular drink and apparently I was wasting her time asking a question. No offer of condiments to go with my chicken tenders. I ordered fries but got tater tots. Entire meal was cold!! I ate onion ring from the dinner and threw the rest away including the drink!!
Maybe eaten here twice but Jun 11 2022 stopped by with the kids. Seemed to be working hard and they were courteous and I had the best looking fast food burger I can remember. Thanks!
Well, this was my first time using the app and the whole over all process. I only ordered drinks (lemonade/tea with a splash of cranberry, and my two girls had that new sour patch kid float like drink and no food at all. You have to place your order in the app, once you get to a bay to park put your bay # in for someone to bring your order. Even though this process is new to me, I should not have seen several people come and go before getting my order. Don't get me wrong, my waitress (Bri)had a great attitude and really sweet even though it was so hot out. But realistically, I rather had gone through the drive thru, I never spent that much time at sonics just getting drinks
i came to this place today at 9am for some breakfast & this girl had the audacity to tell me they are only serving fountain drinks and tots for breakfast!!! i would love to know who runs this location now because it can’t be lance! the service just keeps getting worse and worse.
They need to update their website with what time they actually close. Nobody eats Sonic in broad daylight, the purpose of it is to be late night food. They close after like 10:30 even though it says open till 12.-The owner responded and said sometimes they run out of food. That is simply crazy. Either say the restaurant closes at 8 pm or order enough product for the whole day. Instead, you have people calling your employees lazy and bothering them for something they can’t control. It makes sense that there is usually a shortage because half the time the food tastes really old. Sonic is usually a last option but I wouldn’t go to this one.
