After placing a mobile order and checking in at a stall, they said over the speaker the stalls were closed and I needed to go to the patio or drive thru. The entire reason I used the mobile app was because the line was wrapped around the building. I understand being short staffed, but there was still some one there to serve. Then when I got my Blast the cup wasn't even full. It was at least an inch from the top of the cup. When I told the server her response was "oh I didn't make it." POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
We just went through the drive thru today (June 18 at around 9:00 pm)and met a employee named Kiki. We originally ordered a medium water but i think she didn’t hear us when we said we wanted some mozzarella sticks. As we waited, she gave my son and daughter a toy. After she gave us our mozzarella sticks, my other daughter decided to make a joke and said “Can we actually put something else on our order”, she started laughing and we both laughed together!! What a great experience we had, keep working hard girl!!!
It's a Sonic. Idk.For those of you wanting more of a review (or who have never been to a Sonic) keep reading:The foods good, but not phenomenal. I'd recommend the corndog, but as a fan of tater tots these aren't much. Also the prices are meh, not really that cheep, but not expensive enough to be considered pricey.I think Sonic is a better place for drinks and milkshakes. I cannot attest to the quality of their milkshakes since I can no longer have dairy and it's been forever since I've had one. However, I had one of their slushees and it was really good, perfect for a hot day.The service is decent (if you're lucky to get a decent screen) and the people seem really efficient. If you're in a hurry however, just get a drive through somewhere else.
Fast, courteous service. Food waz hot and fresh. Served with a smile and a day greeting. ? wasn't busy that time of morning, so it was fast. Recommend trying it out.
Sonic's is a great place to grab a quick bite and you even have the option to order ahead with their app! You just add your stall number that you park at and they'll bring your food to you! Really convenient!

Just ordered a limemade and a conie. First off I just want to give Natalie a great review. Her customer service is exactly what great customer service is and should be at all times. She came out a total of 5 times twice to bring me change because I ordered twice and twice to bring me food and drinks and then again to bring me ketchup..Each and every time she came out with a smile on her face and she addressed me with "Sir" after each comment or question. Very very professional and always had a smile on her face..I saw her walk out several times to other cars and noticed the same attitude. Someone that looked happy to be where they are doing what they are doing. You have a good one here Sonic,take care of her. Thank you Natalie for your kind service and great attitude. Keep up the good work.

The service was friendly and kind. I'm giving 3 stars because of the wait time to place an order and the location. Atlanta highway isn't the easiest of places to get in and out of. Great people who work here and menu items are made correctly.
I found a hair inside my burrito which is disgusting. I was also on my way to work which didn’t help at all and made me late. While they did handle my refund professional, you are a food restaurant I should not find hair in my food!
