Having a meal was on our “must do” list based on the great reviews, and I’m so glad we came! This is one of the best meals we’ve had in a while. My husband got 2 great cocktails and I had a tasty pineapple drink. For food we got the okra as an appetizer plus the lobster roll, fish toast, and steamed buns. The lobster roll was delicious (as all the reviews said) and more filling than its size led me to believe. The fish toast was my husband’s favorite. We each tried a slice of pie (key lime and chocolate pecan) and those were great, too! It was small inside and we were close to the couple beside us, but it wasn’t too loud in there. We definitely hope to return whenever we’re next in Athens. Great for fans of seafood or just good food alike!
Great restaurant. Unique drink menu and quaint dining experience. Great value. Oysters are always fresh and the entrees are delicious!

One of our favorite spots in Athens. Get the lobster roll, scallion pancake, and scallop fried rice to eat. Mai Tai or Penicillin to drink. Love!
I cannot say enough glowing things about this terrific high end neighborhood joint. I feel like I wrote this review once already, but I'll do it once a month. I'm that big of a fan. oysters? of course, always a great fresh selection on tap. knowledgeable staff and bar tenders make me feel like I'm living a real life CHEERS. DEF try the shrimp-crab cakes!, shrimp and grits, the seared okra, any seafood soup they do, and the kale caesar salad, damn. So many good things here and too many to list so try em all. Their cocktails are other worldly also.
Renewed an old account just for this review. This restaurant is great if you go w/o kids. When we go with them it increases our wait time and groups come after us and get sat while we wait. Food is great and wait staff is great. The kids like the adult food and will be likely future customers. Getting a chance at a seat needs attention. Service was evening 11/6/21.

Loved it! Oysters were fabulous! Also had lobster roll and shrimp. Nothing negative to say. Wait staff were very personable and informative.
Generally pretty busy on weekends, but service and food is always spectacular and we never feel rushed. We've ordered almost everything on the menu and nothing has disappointed.As a Boston transplant, I was over the moon to see scallion pancakes on any southern menu. They take it over the top with a truly light and incredibly fresh rock crab salad. Even my husband craves it now!Lobster rolls and scallop fried rice are fantastic. Oysters are fresh and oyster shooters have a nice spicy bite to them. Cocktails are unique but they also make a fine Manhatten.I hate to pay to park anywhere to eat but this is totally worth it!
