The customer service was poor. We went in after graduation on the lunch special 9 of the children was charged $30 a piece for dinner meals that wasn't good customer service they should have asked an adult and then the children complained about not having enough on their plate for their meal. We were charged over $700.00. They lost some great customers

We were able to eat a hibachi cooked-to-order dinner at 9:15 on a weeknight when most restaurants had already closed. Always fun to watch the show as our personal chef deftly prepared our food and kept all the orders straight. Entrees were about $25, for two meats/seafood, vegetables, fried rice, salad, soup. Delicious meal!

We usually go to the Five Points location but decided to come here since it was larger and Friday night. We had a party of 6 for my nieces 8th birthday. It was her first hibachi experience so we were really excited to see her reactions. We sat down at 6 and the show was over with our bill handed to us at 6:30. I was shocked at how rushed we were. My mom and I had full drinks (the same ones we ordered with dinner) and waiters nearly walked us out the door with how often they came over eager to clear the table. I understand it’s a busy Friday night, but we couldn’t believe how quickly we were wanted out. Really disappointed that it played out this way.

We arrived about 4:30pm on a Saturday afternoon and was seated immediately best part of the meal. Our party was four adults and a three year old child so technically a party of five, with one eating off our plate. Ordered a February roll which was pretty good and a blue daiquiri, advice skipping blue daiquiri. The salad was ok, soup was just broth and two mushrooms, have had better. Adults ordered steak and shrimp at $23.49 a piece which was fairly reasonable except the cook spilt half the fried rice of one plate on the table, no apologies or Acknowledgements about it. Since "technically"we was a party of five there was a 18% gratuity automatically added on. The total bill for a mediocre meal was $175. Think this is the last time we will visit this establishment.

I used to eat here all the time but recently the service has been awful. The third time I finally have had enough. Check your receipts, even if your order is wrong they will charge you to remake it. I will not be returning! The food is good so it's sad but I would rather not deal with the rude service!

The hibachi is fine for hibachi, it’s not stellar though. The gyozas were the best part of the meal. They were perfectly seared. Our steak did not taste like filet mignon and the chicken was somewhat chewy. The staff is very accommodating and nice and our chef was funny.

The sushi is good quality, but a bit expensive. The habachi is average quality, it is what it should be for the typical Japanese Steakhouse. I would recommend them for a nice meal.

Arrived at 815 after a long day at work. (They closed at 10) Was seated within 15 minutes and were given soup and salad. Waited another 45 minutes at the table... nobody came. Only 1 other table in the restaurant bring served. 4 employees (chefs) were sitting at a table in the dining room, looking at their phones, and eating dinner. Instead of staggering their breaks so they could serve customers, they were ALL eating while 2 paying customers sat waiting. The manager was rude and offered no apologies other than (they're eating their dinner). Then she tried to charge us $15 for a bowl of lettuce and soup! Horrible customer service!

Passing through and stopped for lunch. Place was busy, service quick - almost to point of making me was qicje & excellent, but made me feel rushed. But my food was very greasy. Pan fried Gyoza, & Shrimp tempura roll dripping in oil. I would say their oil was not hot enough. Presents as fine dining, but is not. I would not come back.
