Best Athens location!!!! We have gone to other location in Athens, and they always get our order wrong, and are semi rude. I am made to feel like an inconveniance! This Popeyes, even when busy they are kind! Food is fresh, and it is bagged with a smile! Thank you! We will continue to give this Popeyes location our business!
We’ve been eating at this restaurant for a number ofyears and the food and service has gottenprogressively worse. Yesterday the strips were likejerky dipped in batter, fried to the consistency ofleather. The red beans and rice were cold and nasty.They tasted sweet which is obviously a sign they wereBad. Horrible experience and will not be back.
I love Popeyes chicken sandwich any time. I tried the new Buffalo chicken sandwich and I can't tell how it's different from the regular spicy chicken sandwich?

Stay away. Awful place.. it was quick but old product. Paid extra for Mac and cheese didn’t even get half the container on a $47.00 order.0 stars. Called and I should have saved breath … never coming back..
Great food. Even the biscuits are good. Their dining room was open too whereas their neighbors weren't! These businesses just don't realize that they could catch more bees with honey if they would just open their doors
CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE! They left out half my order. didnt have an issue with charging me for sauce that they left out of my bag. Along with a whole sandwich and jalepeno. They also wont anwser the phone to correct the issue.
This restaurant has really improved. New general manager that had worked therein the past. Night manager has improved. They have had food cooked the past two times.
Meal was very expensive, even with coupon, because of drink prices. Cashier was unfriendly and not helpful or explanatory. Portion sizes were smaller than ever and food was barely warm. Lousy all around.
Bad customer service specially Ms Johoan who was claiming as a general manager - too much attitude- they served cold food and when we claimed back she said TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT . other customer's were shocked too .This is the only Popeyes with less crowd and now I know Why ' all because of her ' .I wll never suggest any one to go there .Popeye need good HR otherwise they will loss there business just because of staff like her .
