Very slow, bad moral, poor management. I really like Popeyes but this location needs a lot of help.
The dining room is closed. Extremely inconvenient for ubereats drivers because that’s taking away from my gas and my money I could be earning instead of sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes! Open the dining room and hire more employees who can handle the lunch rush properly!
Tasty food but service is not as good as other restaurants like Chick-fil-A
Showed up at 920 for popcorn shrimp and 2 pc box for fiance and self. Said they only had medium wings left and they close at 1030...so no full menu till close. I never go to Popeyes and the one time I do you dropped the ball. On a long trip I ask myself what is worth more time on the road. Having a bad experience helps me judge where I am willing to stop for food and sadly it won't be Popeyes.
If I were the owner of this location, I would be embarrassed! You can't dine in as it was closed. Drive through attendant was rude and when I got to the window and paid I was told there wasn't enough of the mild chicken that I had ordered and that I would have to take spicy or wait an additional 15 minutes. Going out to eat is supposed to be a treat, a good experience but this certainly was not!
Awful the GM customer service was horrible he should not be operating a store. I'll never patronize this store again. We waited for our food for 30 minutes and didn't receive condiments when we asked for them they went back into the store and never came back out.
Food was good. Service wasn't good at all. Employees need more training on customer service on how they talk to people when taking a order or responding to a customer question.

I have to give 0 stars to their system and this store. I paid online and it costs me 99 dollars. The store said they don’t receive the order even they saw me showing my receipts . So that’s my problems? Extremely awful service and problem solving.
Shazam the owner of all Popeyes restaurants according to him, is a lying rude, no management training Indian African! He is the reason why the dining room is always closed and no one wants to work there! Popeyes Corporate Office needs to take a good look at how he is destroying Their good name and food service.
