Great experience with carry out. It was ready when promised and brought out to my car in a friendly courteous manner. The pizza was hot and tasty
I had been craving pizza for awhile and this hit the spot. I love the pan crust. They did an amazing job i got 3 of the personal sized pizzas and 2 mediums and everything on the order is correct and the pizza not only looks f’ing amazing, it tastes it too!!! THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING EXCELLENCE!
This pizza hut is a hit or miss! My daughter and I prefer the personal pan pizza. It taste way better than getting a large pizza with half the toppings. In store service is okay but deliver sucks
For at least the last year, they've had to constantly cancel our orders for not having items, not being staffed, not having drivers, or outright not being open. Last night we gave them one more shot and picked up what they could give us from our request, and today my husband and I ended up with food poisoning from what we suspected are old wings. This is the last shot we are giving them. They used to be good. Their customer service is still great. That is the only reason they are getting a 2 star instead of a 1.
Every single time I order from here everything is out. I have also had them not be able to deliver orders on 3 different times.
They consistently can not keep ingredients or crusts in stock. This has been a problem for months. Constantly don't order from this location because they are always out. Would order from another store, but this is the one their app forces me to use.
This last time was great but the time before it was supposed to be curbside but nobody brought me my pizza. So I had to go in and get it. It confusing being told to stay in my car not sure if anyone is going to bring the food out. But this most recent time they came out an were very kind.
I placed my order online. I went to pick it up just a few minutes early. The store was closed. Looking into the store there were no lights on. There was no personnel present. There were no cars in the parking lot. Adjust the online order process so that an order cannot be placed unless the store is open or will in time to fill the order. I even got an online confirmation for the order. Further, I got an email for this survey based on that order. It appears there is no mechanism in place to cover such mistakes.
The pizzas tonight were some of the best we have ever had!! We have ordered from this location before and it has always been good, but tonight. They were amazing!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Pizza never showed up, and when I called for a refund they either transfered me to someone else or hung up. Do NOT order from this place.
