We order from here every Tuesday (gotta love the $6 deal) through order ahead and its always such good service. Our pizza is always done by the time we order it and the staff is super friendly and quick to get us our pizza!
My pizza was incorrect and overpriced when I came to pick it up. I kindly explained this to the employee at the register and she just told me that the order must be correct because that’s what the sticker on the box said. I used to love this location but having to complain to a non-caring employee and battle over who is right or wrong when paying almost $20 for what ended up being just a large pepperoni pizza is upsetting. Make sure you keep your receipt and have the cashier repeat your exact order back to you before buying or you might not get what you ordered. PapaJohns has lost my business.
I had a problem with an order in which was a big order late last year and it was horrible. I complained to the home office and told them what happened. I also I didn't want any free food I just wanted for them to stop the outsourcing because the lady could not communicate well. Didn't order anything again and tried again it was fine. Just ordered the works taking off Italian adding beef. I guess there must have been a shortage on meat because there wasn't near to none on it. I'm so disappointed that things seem to step backwards again. I'm sure being short of help I don't know. I still don't want anything but for you to work on making sure there's an even amount of toppings. Thank you
4/26/2022 @ 10:56 pm;The person that processed my payment was rude and stand-offish (I ordered ahead)... She seemed annoyed that I was there. I understand, as a restaurant veteran of 25 years and restaurant owner, that it's annoying to have people come in at the last minute, but this was unacceptable! I felt completely unwelcome... She was about 5'6" and had purple highlights. I'm just reaching out as a guest... Service like that will lose business.
They do not cook their pizza through. The sauce is practically dripping
I went here for the first time today, 3/23/2022. I had pepperoni, mushrm, Xtra cheese. Pizza was excellent. Best takeout pie I've had in a long time.
The customer service is always good. They messed up a pizza, but gave us 2 free bc of it.
My family and I want to say a big thank you to the manager and the night staff cause we placed a order it got picked up from a Doordasher and he canceled our order after it was picked up without reason so we called the manager and brought it to their attention and within 20 minutes of that phone call our order was remade and brought to us so we say thank you again
I will never order here again. They always short staff. It should not take 2 hours to have a pizza delivered! I live 5 mins from the store. As a Store Manager myself I take operational seriously! They used to have a strong staff but I think management have made this store very TOXIC and employees don't want to work for company that don't care about the staff. This store needs a full management change!
I ordered two large specialty pizzas this evening via the app. I was given a time of 17 to 27 minutes for them to be ready for pickup. Thirty minutes later my husband goes in to pick it up. Only one pizza was done. They told him they had to remake the other one and it would be another 15 minutes. 15 minutes later he goes back in and still only one pizza done, and was told again that she needed to make it yet. At this point he asked for just the one and refund on the other. They were busy and there were several other pizzas being made and taken out the door so I am not sure what the issue was with our pizza.. This is the second time I have had issues at this location.
