I'm bad with names so forgive me! I was having the worse pain imaginable!! So I went to St. Mary's hospital for treatment twice! On the first trip I felt a little better so the staff in the E.R I felt needed some type of reward I only had 60.00 bucks. So I went to pa pa John's and the manager helped me out tremendously!! They delivered the pizza's I was able to put inside the box a message. Nevertheless I just wanted to thank both the hospital and the pa pa John's staff for the best service you can get! No one here is paying attention. I walked in the door, the door bell went off, and the dude at the counter still had his back to the door chillin against the counter. No one else acknowledged me either. Guy sitting on his phone sitting up on the counter entire time waiting. Then after waiting 20 mins they tell me they have to remake the order. Had to let the order go bc I’m not making money while waiting on them to get their life together.
Only the best pizza you can have delivered! So good?
Got into the Hampton Inn at 11:45 p.m. and ordered 2 pizzas. I was a little worried about the reviews but we were starving. We were told it would be about 2 hours. The driver arrived about 45 minutes later. The pizzas were hot and fully loaded. We were very happy with everything. I definitely recommend!Don't forget to tip your driver, ours was super friendly and fast!
Papa John was a nightmare to me the other day so bad it cost me time and energy when it took three hours to get my food. It was such an inconvenience. That the guys said that he would give me a refund. Three days later I called to speak to the manager bc no refund. Next time I will order from dominoes. Someone who would at least tell they are hiring door dash to do their job.
So disappointed in Papa John's. Called to order a pizza, could not understand what the man was saying at all. Finally got to the end of the call and was informed it would be 80 to 110 minutes for delivery. Nope, wont wait that long, cancel the order. He said he could not cancel an order. So, I hang up, call the store number, gentleman answered, cancelled the order. Papa John's, don't use a call center in India.
I have been a long time customer of this papa johns. But I placed one order to the wrong place and they would not accommodate me when I called. I had paid a decent amount of money, but now all of that money is gone. And I am getting nothing in return. So I paid about $30 and got nothing, and they refused to help me, and did not give me a refund, when they couldn’t even accommodate me.
DO NOT order from here!! Every time i order from here my order messed up. Im always missing part of my order and then have to wait another hour to get my completed order. And this last order the quality seal on my order were broken open and the manager basically told us that its not there problem. This is one of the worst Papa John's ive ever ordered from
Spent $43 on Pizzas and it’s ice cold and flipped around in the box.
Good food. Brownies were perfect.
