Took forever. The inside was closed so when they got my VERY simple order wrong, I had to go through the drive through AGAIN, making my visit for a hamburger, small drink and small fry take almost an hour. I went after the lunch rush. Never giving them my money again.
I was having a bad day, so I decided to treat myself to some McDonald’s ice cream, when I pulled up to the drive way there was a young boy (believe the name was vicky) he was such a sweet person and honestly turned my day around and it felt like my day was only starting to get better. It was also the first time in a long time that I heard a person that works in a drive through that was enthusiastic. He is like the sun , he only makes your day brighter. I will most definitely come back to this McDonald’s! ???
One of the employees that was working the drive thru window was one of the best people I have ever interacted with. I believe his name was Vicky. What a wonderful and charming employee! Thanks Vicky for making the world a better place!
Today I went through the McDonald’s drive thru, and I came across a young man named Vicky. What a suave and charming young employee! He was very kind and thoughtful. I will be coming back to McDonald’s because of Vicky.
When I went to this McDonald's Drive Thru, I was expecting the same old dry response that the employees give. But on this beautiful day, a handsome little munchkin named Vicky gave exponentially better service than any other McDonald's I ever went to. Thank you Vicky for making everyone's day better!
Today I was real hungry for some mickie d’s. After my order was taken and I pulled up too the drive through, I met a young little buddy named Vicky. This little buddy made my day! I couldn’t find my favorite socks this morning but this drive thru experience turned my whole day around! Thank you Vickyfor the wonderful service!
I use curbside pickup with the app anytime I go now - skip the drive thru line and they always bring the order so fast and with a smile every single time. I earn points in the app (good for free food), pay in the app, and avoid can just park the car and wait. The food is consistently good at this location.
I would leave 0 stars but it wouldn’t let me. I ordered my food ahead on the app and got setup in curb side. Waited over 10 minutes before finally going in to get my food which wasn’t even prepped yet. Wasted my whole lunch break driving there, waiting for the nonexistent employee to bring out my food. Not to mention upon walking in, there were a hoard of employees just talking to each other and having a grand time behind the front register.
Phenomenal drive thru. Firstly, the big man in cool sunglasses and a plaid button-up told me about the free large fry deal on my mobile app which saved me money, and then when picking up my food the lovely person with a black beanie and shark tooth necklace was very considerate in asking if I wanted any ketchup or anything, gave me extra napkins and a drink carrier because my cupholders are full. Y'all rock
This McDonald's I believe has a good manager. Hopefully they are taking care of their employees, the people here always seem happier and nicer than most stores and they rarely get the order wrong. Hopefully they give them all pay increases soon enough!
