They are really slow and don't seen too know about the phrase " act with a sense of urgency ". It's one thing if I'm waiting for my food to get done but I shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes in a line when there's only 2 person in front of me. If you have to wait that long just to place your order just imagine how long you'll have to wait to actually get your food.
My order took over 20 mins while I've seen workers behind the food line are on their phone instead of giving my order quicker. On their phones? Seriously McDonalds? Horrible workers and Horrible fast food. This ain't no fast food! Total Garbage!!! Never coming here again!!
Horrible customer service & Horrible Service 360! Disrespectful employees, youthful vindictive atmosphere and verbiage, almost always inaccurate order request, very often forgetting main items of an order..eg. 4 double cheese burger meals ordered. Two of which are missing cheese...Are prepared as onion and ketchup only on all burgers, but pickle and mustard only was requested only on 1 meals' burger, too include 3 meals missing fries. No method to the madness just unpredictable madness.
Terrible service the female who took my order was extremely rude., she did not let me finish ordering my food before asking if I was "done yet". and her whole attitude was extremely disgusting and rude. It was s shame that I ended up in this mcdonalds, I should of just taken my business elsewhere, and also looked at the reviews prior.
When I went to the order place in the drive thru, nobody even answered!! They said “one second”, and never came back!! This is the worst, most unprofessional McDonald’s I’ve visited.
Every time I go this place in the morning it is somehow closed. It’s 24hr open. Drive through and inside. Try to call phone isn’t online. They will let you just sit in the dice through for hours until you decide to leave
messed up my order and gave me a 20 piece chicken nugget instead of a quarter pounder with cheese. if I wanted 40 chicken nuggets I would have ordered that. I didn't get the sauce I wanted either.
Went today at 7:35pm. So they know who was working. At the drive thru. Order one thing and was about to order something else. The lady cut me off before I can finish then say okay your order is this much before I can order my drink. We had a simple order two drinks and a fry. Then she did pulled around. Thankfully the lady at the first window was nice enough to get my order completed since I couldn't finish mine and told to pull around before I can see the screen. Then right after at the pick up window. Does it hurt you to smile and say hello to your customers who are paying? Which allows you to have a job. He had like he hated the world look in his face. Didn't even say a word. No thank you or anything. Even when I said thank you have a nice day, he just turned around. If you don't like working with people, then don't do a job where you have too...or just be a janitor or flip the burgers. Customer service is pretty bad.
Missing food each visit, so check the bag everytime. They have an issue with that but have an issue with me coming back after they forget the main parts of the meal. The people don't want to work it seems and I guess they can't get a Jon anywhere else. I blame the manager, they aren't managing their business at all. No matter how little of food I get they manage to mess it up. Don't go here drive the little distance to another location.
So this McDonalds always has a line… and not for the right reasons. The team members aren’t the best but far from others I’ve been to. He’s why they have a line. Bc half the team stays outside talking it up and smoking etc. Team is only going to be as good as the employees they hire.
