I came here at midnight, placed a Mobil order so I could use my points. Said they can’t do mobile orders and they couldn’t refund my money. It was $16 dollars. I’m suing, I don’t care how much a lawyer is this place needs to be shut down and that hateful woman should never be allowed to work in customer service again.
I ordered gravy biscuit and they are cutting back on the gravy. This is happening a number of times in the last month.
They got my order right, but the place was like a sitcom. For example the manager yelled at her staff over swearing, and her berating rant included lots of swear words. I was only there for 10 minutes and it felt like I watched a whole season of a show.
There service is horrible..I waited about 20 minutes for a drink, the manager disrespects the new employees and doesn’t give them any breaks, they sit around and talk the whole time.. the fries were cold, the cookies were hard.. when I asked for another one, they didn’t give ..it was just horrible
Long line but they were quicker than they have been. Food was hot and fresh.
been here for an hour really ridiculous how i see thru the window employees playing in the dinning area but has the door close for no customer to come in but yet has long drive thru wait time

Hire people that actually want to work. Each time I come by to place an order everyone is chatting and paying no mind to the customers. Drive thru took 45 mins, which is ridiculous for a fast food restaurant.
We ordered 2 iced coffees and waited 20 minutes in line. They couldn't get through the 3 cars ahead of us to save their lives. This is the slowest McDonald's in Georgia
Awful management. Terrible scheduling. Doo Doo service past 8pm because of those in charge. I feel bad for the hardworking women and men thrown into awkward, no-win situations
