I ordered my breakfast through the mobile app for crub side service.....I sat there for 30 minutes.... I walked in to see what the hold up was...... they said my order would be out shortly....... after another 15 minutes a customer walked out to me and told me my order was on the counter.. The was no communication or explanation...... I will not visit this location anymore
Friendly semi fast service along with awesome customer service. Store wasnt the cleanest but must say the staff was doing their best to atleast maintain.. Ill give this store a "B"
Drive thru service is awful, I never spend less than 15 minutes in line even if I am the first car in line. It took them over 2 minutes to even take my order when I pulled up. They really do not prioritize their customer service here
6/22/22 around 10:30 tonight the staff was amazing super friendly and nice quick and easy and remembered the sauces couldn’t ask for any better they definitely deserve a raise!
This McDonald's hands down is the best!! My fiancee said that the person making the burgers should train all the other ones because he did such a great job!! You won't be disappointed!!
i ordered 6 mcnuggets and they gave me a box of melted cheese. um. two stars for the laughs though
I did breakfast here and the young lady behind the counter did an excellent job. Got my order in a very efficient time and was on my way.
At 5:31 a.m this morning I visited the Prince Ave location in Athens ga and received inconsiderate poor customer service. I ordered a small coffee, sweet tea & 2 Big Breakfasts & my hash browns was left off my order. I didn’t realize it until I got home. I called back immediately.I explained that now my food is getting cold while I’m returning to get my hash browns. I ask could I get a sweet tea to compensate my time & poor service & was rudely told NO.The gentleman @ the 1st window was on point!The gentleman @ the second window was on the phone texting the entire time of my service from pulling up, during & pulling off.Now I’m sitting here eating cold breakfast.I should have taken the entire order back & had it remade.I have been in customer service for over 30 years & have never seen such poor service to the consumer who pays a business to give less than unsatisfactory service.This is why this particular location has a 3.3 star rating. Because everything is more important besides the customer. Customers are your bread & butter.Next time I’ll be driving to a different location.Order# 1464 & 1364McDonald’s should a shamed.
Hands down worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. People basically be throwing condiments at you. Shame on the paying customer for asking! ?
Just went through the drive through. Ordered a double cheeseburger ketchup only, six piece chicken nuggets, and small fry. I drove away with a ten piece chicken nugget, small fry, and an apple pie. I asked for a sweet and sour sauce included in the order. The attendant said it was in the bag. A barbecue sauce was in the bag. Terrible service. I'm going to need my money back, especially for the waste of time.
