Steak was cooked beautifully and still warm in the center even though I ordered to-go! They brought my order out perfectly on time even though it was a packed Friday night. Employee was very professional and I will definitely go back.
My family and I went to longhorn on July 14 to celebrate a birthday . Our waiter was COLIN . He was absolutely amazing . He went over and beyond. He checked on us often . He was genuinely nice. He was all around great . Waiters like Colin make me want to come back . Thanks Colin for making our experience top notch.
The outlaw ribeye was fantastic, and reasonably priced compared to other places. Ordered medium-rare and in typical LongHorn fashion it was almost perfectly cooked, just a bit too much seasoning. Still delicious though, and the service was great. The Texas margaritas are decently sized and a pretty good deal.
We were seated right away but it took a hot minute to be acknowledged and served. We went ahead and ordered the food all at once so she didn't have to keep running back and forth.We ordered the spicy chicken bites, the better half ordered the large ribeye, mac and cheese and a caesar salad. I ordered the small ribeye, the mac and cheese, the brussel sprouts and a side salad with blue cheese.We did get our salads first, both were cold, fresh and delicious, both dressings were yummy.Wasn't long before the rest of our food came out. Steaks were cooked perfectly, loved the brussel sprouts but they had a tad too much grease for me, the mac and cheese was ok, I'm kinda picky as I like simple macaroni and cheese, not really a fan of adding anything else for taste or texture.All in all it was a good meal and we would definitely return.Our waitress was attentive and pleasant despite being run ragged.My one complaint about the restaurant - the music was a bit loud for casual conversation.
Considering that it's a chain steakhouse, the food was actually very good! The veggies weren't swimming in oil, the steak was cooked at an acceptable temperature. The service was better than the food! Our waiter was courteous (but not overly friendly), prompt, and professional.
We placed a to go order. When we got home our steaks were not well done. We called and spoke with the manager and he apologized and gave us a gift card to cover the cost of our meal. That's great customer service! We love eating here and the staff is always kind and friendly.

Dining is always an experience. Some bad - some good. The quality of the food, service, atmosphere and prices all impact someone’s perception of how to rate a restaurant is based upon these factors. This Lone Star Steakhouse was definitely a TOP NOTCH restaurant worthy of a Five Star ? Rating!! Our server “Collin” exceeded our expectations - he was friendly, polite, attentive and super helpful! He deserves 5 Stars ? on his own. But the food also was delicious and perfectly prepared! Yummy salads, sandwiches & steaks! I wished I had saved room for dessert as the description of their strawberry shortcake looked amazing ? The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable for our group of 7. We had an incredible time and would highly recommend this is a restaurant worth trying! ? I would recommend downloading their APP and get on their waitlist- otherwise it can be a 30-45 minute wait on busy weekends times.
