Stopped here on the way out of town while visiting for a funeral. Just got 3 cheesy breads for the family. I'm serious, this was the best cheesy bread we've ever had! Tons of seasoning, lots of crunchy bits on the edges, really good! Ate every bite!
Waited in line for 30 minutes stuck between two cars and no one would answer the phone inside to at least ask the truck in the front of the line to circle around to allow the cars behind to get out of the line. I understand that the store may have been busy, but in an area where there are no other options to exit you should offer better protocol when backed up. No one wants a pizza that badly to stay stuck in line for that amount of time. Please do better.
3 times in a row I have tried to order from here. Each time they didn’t have what I ordered and refused to refund me for missing items. Customer service is less than desirable. Low to no stock of sodas. Overall very disappointed in this location. The old owners had to together. I miss them.
So go to this location if you’d like pizza that has been sitting in the warmer for at least an hour. The crust was like a cracker, the cheese was dried out, and nothing about this was hot and ready. More like warm and ready for the trash. Thank you for stealing my money for this garbage. My family thoroughly enjoyed crunching our way through this pizza for dinner. If we had time, I would have brought this back.
Went to get a lunch special here. Upon arrival I waited 10 minutes in the drive threw and finally decided to go inside. Luckily my order was actually done. Get back to my office bite into the pizza and it was raw. Luckily I was at work right across the street so I went back the last agreed to make another order without offering a refund but I was nice because there was only 2 employees. So after the 2nd order got done I walked back to my office only to discover the remake was also raw!!!! Never again.
This is my very first review on google and it’s for good reason. The past 5 times I’ve tried to order from here, the line barely moves, they say it will take 30+ minutes for a single pizza, they were out of dough, or they were closing early. If you want to be sane after interacting with the people that work here, don’t even go.
They have you on the drive thru for 30 minutes. When you get to the window they have no pizzas and you have to wait for 45 minutes. They should at least have the decency to put a sign "No Pizzas". It's crazy and it's the 3rd time it happens. Won't come back to this location.
I Placed an order online when my husband went to get the order the staff pointed to a sign that said system down not taking orders. He was then told that nothing could be done and the staff member walked away after explaining that we might get a refund and it wouldn't be for hours at the earliest. I feel like management should have let people know since this issue had been going on for hours before I ordered online.
Ordered two large pizzas a day ahead of time for 1115 pickup. Went to location. Door said location opens at 1130. I note that at 1125, when there still were no employees anywhere to be found, I called Domino’s and they saved the day. I used to get the lunch special on the regular, but I will take my business elsewhere from now on. P.S. I want my $10 back.
It's so hit or miss here. Sometimes the staff is awesome and everything is great. Other times the staff looks at you with disdain and audacity for showing up to get some pizza. If you can catch them while open and they have pizza, it's pretty good. On most days good luck.
