Horrendous management. New owners? These people should not be operating a business. They are not the type to care for feedback. Obvious disgust with this place
Clearly doesn't know what hot and ready means-ever.
This was the first time I've gotten pizza from this Little Caesars and it was mostly all good until I got a piece of pizza that had some kind of paper baked under the cheese in a bite I took. I'm cool with knowing it was sitting in the heater for a little while and not made fresh to order but not really cool with chewing on paper
Location is well established and staff have great energy.
I like this location a lot more than Epps bridge. This location has adults that work there, not all teens and their friends. The manager is really nice. Very close to my kids school so I'm able to order ahead and just grab it and go. The pizza is always hot and ready. It's nigher quality for LC as well. They take the time to make better pizza. I think I've only had to wait on a order once but they were really busy that night.
Good food, nice service, speedy, and pretty tasty.
Good but could of been better
Ordered the half pepperoni and half cheese bread sticks from Little Caesar's on Epps Bridge Parkway. The cheese bread sticks did not even have cheese o them, just the garlic butter. I called and spoke to an employee who placed me on hold, and never returned. As I am typing this, I am still on hold. It has been 39 minutes. I am going to go to corporate about the situation, it is truly unprofessional.
Called my order in beforehand & it was available for pickup in 8 mins, friendly staff...my only complaint happened awhile ago I called my order in & did not check pizza before I left store..I ordered 1 lg cheese & 1 Lg pepperoni & they gave me 2 Pepperoni. When I attempted to resolve the situation I was told I needed to speak with the person whom had taken my order..which happened to be the owner Brendan. It took over a week or two to catch up with him...however I am a regular in this place so I figured that I could easily resolve this...WRONG.Brendan apologized about the mix up & had the AUDACITY to offer me a sauce for this...as if it could take the place of a Lg pizza. I told him did this NOT fly. So then he asked if I still had my receipt...this dude sees me sometimes multiple times within a WEEK. My kids LOVE this place! He eventually replaced my pizza with a pizza but insisted next time I keep my receipt... NO PROBLEM!Show some customer appreciation....especially when you recognize them as regulars!
Basically inedible. Was there no sauce today? Also the garlic sauce is disgusting but that isn’t their fault. There being no sauce in my pizza IS their fault.
