I also have experienced bad customer service and bad food at this particular location I don't know what the management is thinking when they are these people but they really need to do some type of moral check to see if they even care about life in general. see what kind of customer service they would be especially during busy seasons.. everybody needs to follow Chick-fil-A's rules. they hire some of the sweetest kids and that reflects on those kids parents doing a good job of raising them. do a background check on them when they hire them.sincerely a loyal customer since the seventies.PS I want you guys to get it right because I love KFC..........
We went today, the food was fresh and tasted really good. The entire restaurant was being run by two ladies who were super nice and were working their booties off. Management needs to recognize these two ladies for the great job they were doing.
I go to KFC, place an order 3 Legs, with French Fries and Cole slaw. I'm told pull down we gotta cook your fries. 7 minutes im waiting, finally get order, get home, it's a box of grease, the fries had so much grease left on them it got all over everything else. They weren't just greasy, they were completely soggy with grease, grease had leaked into the bag. Garbage you go.What the f has happened to KFC. People warned me I didn't listen
First time ordering through app, and didn’t realize I would need to go in to pick up order. Went through drive-thru, in which, I was the only one there. Was told by cashier I needed to come in, but that she would give it to me this time through window. Chicken was very good, fries, not so much. Because I would need to go into KFC to get my order, that was my last visit.
This KFC/ Taco Bell is the worst we've ever been to! They're out of everything and the staff is very rude. The cashier, Jozell, is downright mean. She acts as though it's our fault that they're out of stuff. Will not be coming back to this location.
Ive never cared enough to leave a review for a restaurant but I stopped my car to write this, that being said, the chicken is garbage. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and it was nothing more than deep fried chicken jerky with the consistency of a manila envelope. No way any mortal man could chew it to the point of being safe to swollow. Even of you could get it down I don't know if the human body is designed to process such a thing. Also, I asked for a large water 3 times yet recieved a bottle of water.
I specifically asked for 8 pc. Thighs, original.Drove home. Found 8 legs. Not good.Tried calling at 7 pm but no answer to let them know of the mix up. Who do I contact next?
Had a terrible experience in the drive thru. Had to repeat my order numerous times, felt like the guy wasn't listening to me. Hard to hear him cause it sounded like music was in the background which was kind of annoying. Also had to ask them before I left for straws and napkins which weren't provided at first. Place used to be good but won't be back for my lunch break anymore.
Ordered 2 Chicken Sandwiches and One Fill up bowl. The place was not in rush hour. It took 40 minutes to get my food and I could hear confusion amongst the workers on what orders go to who. The manager (I believe) knew what he was doing but the rest of the staff did not. It was like it was everyones first day and the manager had to juggle staff that had no idea what they were doing.
Whoever is running this restaurant is not the best! I came through to order a 8 piece family meal that cost me $25 dollars plus! I didn't receive my Mac and cheese ( apart of the meal ) I try calling several times to talk to someone & couldn't get anyone. WORST customer service ever!!!
