Didn’t have pot pies so they say but seen one in a to go order must have been too lazy to make one didn’t have individual wings bought whole wings tasted like grease way to much crust and then got to meat very little and looked like they had been cooked since lunch time only reason I gave one was cause the sweet tea then order famous bowl didn’t hardly get any chicken in it should be calling it a tater and gravy bowl
Kfc use to be so good. Now it's just disgusting and disappointing. The tea was old and had no ice. I had to ask for a cup of ice. The chicken tasted like lard. I almost threw up. Needless to say I couldnt eat it so I went without dinner. On top of it all they got my order wrong which really doesn't matter because I couldnt eat it so, of course my money was wasted. I can say that for once the girl was at least nice but no smile. I keep trying because I remember the good ol days but I must say this was my last trip to kfc.
KFC is my favorite place to eat but this particular place is absolutely the worst I've never seen customer service like that. they are very rude and they will let you know they could care less if they wait on you or not and I thought that was just bottom of the pit !!! Their management needs to do a much better job and keep an eye on these people. I always give them the benefit of the doubt and go back and see if I can get chicken pot pies but every time I go they do not have them and they don't want to cook them for you and they will let you know that as well they will argue with a customer just like they were on the street. sharpen up managers.sincerely a loyal customer since the seventies.
Every time I go to KFC and order they never give you all your food you pay for I spent 44.16$ today and guess what didn’t get all my food. And then when u call well guess what they dnt answer and then when they do they get mad at you like it’s your fault you didn’t get all your food. I’m done with this place
Workers have attitude all the time for no reason. You can barely understand what their saying on the mic literally mumbling. They never have any options available always out. The chicken pieces are beyond little and the mac n cheese just looks very old and nasty. Don’t waste ur money you can use that $25 on better quality food.
Ha! I just checked the google reviews because our experience tonight was pretty awful. The staff was friendly enough but chicken was undercooked and they were out of everything except for sweet tea and lemonade. I have the same question as other reviewers, how is this place still open?!
This place is a hangout and daycare for the employees family and friends they never have chicken somehow and need 20 min wait to start cooking chicken when no ones even in line. They run out of chicken and close early every day seems like.
There are two KFC's in my hometown of Athens, Georgia. Both I believe are owned by the same person. Both are always lacking items from their menus. Tried to order a 16 piece meal of chicken(Atlanta Hwy). Didn't have enough prepared and was told it would take 20 minutes. Drove to the other side of town(Gaines School Rd). This store Didn't have any chicken wings or "Mac&Cheese" sides. This seems to be the norm everytime I'm in Athens visiting. I guess I will spend my money elsewhere from now on.
No Mac and cheese. Service was horrible. Food was served wrong and when I requested what I ordered, I was given attitude. Give them 20 dollars and they give you whatever they want. Bad service. Lack of sides. Attitude. Intolerable. Please help me shut this place down. Everyone needs to help me on this one.
Horrible customer service, absolutely unprofessional staff, the drive through lady told us "we don't have any chicken" my response was "you don't have chicken at a KFC?" her response was "if you don't like it go somewhere else white boy"needless to say I won't ever be going back to this trash again, talk about a disgrace
