I went here to pick up 2 uber eats orders. There was a lady in front of me placing an order. A guy comes in behind me. An employee comes out and goes directly to the guy behind me and asked if he had been helped. The guy says he is picking up an order. After that, the same employee asks me if I'm picking up. I say yes and tell him the 2 names. He gives me one sandwich and says they are working on the other. Two couples come in while I'm waiting for the other order. Instead of working on the order that had already been placed, they took both couples' orders and prepared their orders BEFORE even starting on the order that I was waiting for which was one sub. I can't help but think it was due to race. The staff didn't even greet me upon entering. They served every white person there before even working on the order I was there to pick up.
Delicious sandwiches. It's a bit pricy but the food was so good and the portions were big. I will definitely go back.
The employees were courteous, friendlyand very helpful, I was in and out in less than ten minutes. The sandwiches are delicious
Ordered online and requested bacon be added to my sandwich, charged $2 and the bacon was not there. Drove 30 minutes for that. Behind the counter looked messy and nasty. Will never ever return here. Thanks for messing up my order, will stick with Subway and Publix going foward.
Great sandwiches, clean restaurant, but by far one of the WORSE customer service experiences, that I have had in many years and by far the worst in a fully staffed restaurant. Three workers, no hello , no good morning, very little to no communication at 10am on 2-10-2022! They looked miserable, sad, and hating being there. Thank the good lord for a delicious sandwich. Please if you do not want to be there for home! Take classes from Chick Filet!
Didn't care for the union core they put on the sandwich it's the worst. Other then that I'll still go to Jersey Mike's but not to this one. Thank you
Bro just stood there and watched me in the line. He didn’t even say “you ready to order?” Then when I realized where he was, he look at me like I was retarded? They’re usually super chill and nice tho, but food it’s alway good ?
The subs were great and the bread wasn't hard but not super soft.
Been here 2 times, the first time I had.my sandwich in 5 minutes. The 2nd time, the girl seemed like she was in slow-motion. Awesome food though, I'll never eat at subway again.
So many choices, they cant list them on inside menu. The one I chose should have had bacon , but she did not add it. I was disappointed but the sandwich was still great.
