This place use to be ok. Now is trash. The food that i ordered for my daughter looks like they trow it in the place and call it a day . My daughter is 3 and she was excited for her sprinkle's hotcakes and they didn’t even gave her her sprinkle’s hotcakes . Husband order a steak omelette and it came with a kiss chocolate surprise mix in the steak . I order coffee and didn’t even get a refill , when they use to leave the coffee pot there for you .
Our food was great! Hot & freshly made. I gave 5 stars bc imo that's what is to be scored. Yes it took awhile to get drinks. Yes it took awhile to place our order. But staff was doing their best! Everywhere is short staffed & short handed. When going in to eat you cannot expect perfection. I wish the public customers would just TRY being more patient & stop expecting everything to be like it used to be pre pandemic. Times have changed! Roll with it. Thank you IHOP for a great meal.
I have never had such a bad time at IHOP. It was mad morning when we went. We waited 30 minutes then got a table. Lot of open tables, just no one to serve them. Our server finally took our order for drinks. Not bad....only 10 minutes. When she came back after that she took our order. The complete staff of servers were running around everywhere. We finally received about a third of our order and it was cold...Very cold. We ate some of what was brought to us and finally got a little more of our order....was cold also. After about another 10 minutes they brought my toast and it was as.atiff as.a.board. I just sent it back. Told the server and assured her it was not her fault. Just VERY understaffed. She brought our receipt out to is and the toast. And side order of red potatoes was still on it. What the back. I had it. I paid the entire ticket. Went to the manager .amd told him I understand him being short staffed and did not blame them. It was his fault for opening with less that half a staff. If you don't have enough people to give half a good service to, don't open up. There were many people talking about the cooks and server. I'm sure I am not the only one who will not come back here. Dairy Queen had a larger staff than you guys.
We usually have a great experience when we come here, as we go almost every Sunday. Of course there's always a wait, but that's true for any restaurant on Sunday morning LOL. The last time we went, wasn't so great, however. I'm thinking they maybe had a different cook from the previous time, as the food just was not as good as it normally is. And the staff was a bit disorganized. They were nice enough, but after asking twice, I finally had to go and get my own utensils to keep my already served food from getting Stone Cold!
They don't seem to know how to make proper pancakes. You couldn't lift each slice to butter it without it falling apart. My bacon was black from burning it. The waitress was nice.
The food was excellent. It appeared that the staff was short handed however that's the norm these days at many restaurants. Once at the table our food was served in about 15 to 20 minutes. I had the spicy poblano fajita in a bowl and the girls had the usual pancakes with chocolate chip.
I ordered online, for pickup. Went to pickup my order inside the restaurant. The attendant who came to greet me, told me that she doesn't handle 3rd party food, and I would have to get it myself, off the shelf. Which, I guess is fine for a customer? Except she waited 10 minutes to tell me all this, while my food was waiting on said shelf....1 stars for the food, -4 stars for the wait and telling me she won't handle to-go orders. Sorry IHOP, not even good quality food is worth that.
Food was good but service was not. Got seated right away but like most places these days the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional.
Took at least 30 mins before we even had our drink order taken, when the place wasn't busy at all. This is the 3rd time trying this location and extremely disappointed everytime. The servers act like they could care less about doing their job or if the customer even stays long enough for them to finally take an order.
I'm giving 2 stars because my family and I enjoyed the food, for the most part. There were many other aspects of our visit that were less than acceptable. We had a wait, which was expected in today's climate. We were fine with that.Upon being seated we noticed that the booth and floor were quite sticky, giving the restaurant a very unclean vibe. Right next to our booth in the walkway was a big spot on the floor that made us feel like it (the restaurant) hadn't been cleaned in a while. Our service took a while and the restaurant didn't appear to be that busy. My drink sat empty for quite a while at the end of our table before I was offered a refill. Some of you will think I'm being harsh on the wait staff, but I'll add that I saw 3 servers standing together talking at one of the server's stations for a while. What we paid for breakfast for a family of 5, I could have bought enough breakfast food to last us a week. Definitely not worth it, and we'll not be returning for some time.
