Trapped in drive through line for over 40 minutes. No apology for the wait once finally at window. Order was wrong. This place has gone down hill fast.
Great atmosphere. The cashier was friendly and offered great customer service. Food was really good. Hoping the short server behind the counter was just having a bad day and that she is not normally that rude. When you work in a service business there is no place for people with a bad attitude. Get an adjustment or choose a different line of work. I will go back because of the food and the smiling cashier. Prices are about right for this type of business. Restrooms were clean also.
My only complaint was that the wait was rather long when I went this week, but it could've been a delay caused by the storm the previous night, other than that, the food was SO GOOD! I ordered the A.1. Chophouse burger, and let me tell you, there were no crumbs left behind! ???

Food's great, yep. Hey management: if your dining room closes before your drive through lane, LET IT BE KNOWN. Say, a sign on the door? Posted hours? Frustrating to approach an otherwise open-looking restaurant only to find locked doors.
Freddy's has always been one of my favorites. Not just due to the custard, but also it has great food. The place was really busy, so we weren't able to get any custard due to the crazy line. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. But all in all, the service was friendly and the staff was great.
Literally the most disgusting restaurant I’ve ever seen…cleanliness, food and customer service wise. First experience here and it will definitely be my last.
The worse experience I ever had. All the tables were dirty. They had no chili. Who runs out of chili in January? The food was terrible. The patty melt didn’t taste right. The fries were mah. The manager acted like she didn’t know what she was doing or was overwhelmed. Took 10 minutes to order food and 20 minutes to get it. The young lady making shakes got it all over her including her hair. She wiped it off and I am not sure if she washed her hands. I will not be going back!!
Very poor on there waiting. For the last times we came here even it is not crowded the waiting is almost an hour. And one-time came here and we've been waiting for 2 hours and 30 mins. Every foods that the customers don't claim it they keep throwing it in the garbage. And the customers getting aggravated wasting all those foods and the wait was too long that is why the orders always backing up. And the wait os getting more longer and longer.
28 minutes in the drive through and they don't have any flavor of custard except vanilla. They did not inform us of that until they had taken our money. This location has gone from fair to poor in the last few months. Cannot recommend any longer.
