I love it here. A nice young lad named Juandi assisted me out of my vehicle and helped me come inside to order a delicious vanilla bean iced coffee. I have had many iced coffees in my entire life but this one brought me back to life. Thank you dunkin and thank you Juandi I bow to you

I wish there is an option to give negative stars. I ordered two chocolate frosting donuts with sprinkles but they gave me only one correct flavor while the other one they gave a regular donut with chocolate syrup and added sprinkles on it. It is a total scam to make money in any manner with no care for customer order fulfillment or satisfaction. I may have bought only one if the lady had told me so. You can clearly see the difference between the two in the attached picture.

Frozen hot ? chocolate...you will need a moment to just be mindful and present. Amazing!

Kaylee at the Epps Bridge location absolutely made my day! She was so friendly and professional. My iced coffee was delicious. I will most definitely be back to this location again! Thank you Kaylee for bringing a smile to my face!!!

Was waiting on a repair for my AirPods next door and went over to Dunkin where and George, Thai, and Hope worked to make me the perfect drink! They went to the back to find the exact syrup I wanted and took the time and effort to get everything just right. Then they made me a custom “happy Valentine’s Day” donut—truly above and beyond. Wish I could have left them a tip!

I’ve gone through the drive thru multiple times per week for two years to get my usual. Always fast, never messed up my order, and the staff is super friendly. Best Dunkin’ hands down. Puts the Dunkin’ off Milledge Ave. to shame lol

Associates are always friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Thank you! PS: Dunkin also has the biggest croissant sandwich I’ve ever seen! Awesome!?

i’ve been coming to this dunkin for the past two years and i’ve always loved the coffee, but recently my coffees have been terrible. some are too sweet, sour, watery

Service is excellent and employees are really polite. Only negative is that their drive-thru winds through a parking lot, is full of serious potholes and if there are more than 5 cars in line people are forced to wait on the side of a busy street or block the traffic coming and going from the parking lot.

Visited drive-thru for a Coffee and Iced Tea. Individual at the window was obviously new. There was a person standing next to them which I assume was a trainer judging from the way the questions they were asking the new employee. I understand being new but let's begin with a lesson in customer service. My change including paper was dropped in my hand with no amount given or anything said. In fact nothing was ever said, not even a greeting when I pulled in front of the window. Needless to say only 14 cents of the $ 2.81 made into my hand. the rest fell to the ground. It was raining and there was a line of cars behind me and all I got was, "oh well". The trainer was oblivious to what just happened. I am appalled at the service at this location. Or should I say lack of service. I have been going to this location due to bad service at another close by location and now this location has joined the ranks. How about training the trainer. Another novel idea... begin with a few customer service skills and a roll-play scenario before putting a new person on the line. I hold Dunkin and the so-called trainer responsible not the new employee who is trying to learn. Kudos to them for actually working. Shame on you Dunkin! Don't forget, you have several close by alternatives for excellent coffee and similar products. Guess where tomorrow's coffee will come from.
