Still trying to figure out how a coffee bean made it in my cup of coffee. Gaines school rd dunkin is off limits all others are ok.

Super nice young man behind the counter, he was very customer service oriented. I'm sorry I didn't catch his name, he deserves a shout out! He even convinced me to include a cornbread donut in my dozen. The selection was well stocked. Everything I ordered was fresh. My crew at work loved the donuts.

the worst Dunkin’ in Athens by far. Take a look around the place next time you go in. It is absolutely disgusting. Between the ceiling tiles and the floor. Always takes forever for my drinks and food even though I do mobile pick up before leaving my house (10 minute drive). If my order is ready at pick up it’s missing the food items, my tea, or something 9/10 times. The drive thru situation at the location is ridiculous. I always walk in, but it’s a challenge even getting around this Dunkin. We used to be daily visitors and now we avoid this location completely. Too many bad visits for a customer who always ordered ahead.

I was in line for about 25 mins. Got to the window, there was about 7people just standing around looked lost. The little girl at the window, told someone else to come get the window guess bc I was impatient after watching nobody working. Someone came to window finally...My order was wrong. And gave me a large coffee. But wasn't even close to full. I paid full price why not get a full coffee I pay $3 for. Customer service is NOT THERE. Was slow and rude .

This was my first iced coffee I've had. My wife got one to try and it was actually pretty good.

Great service and great tasting donuts.

The wait was long, the bacon on the avocado toast wasn't fully cooked our frozen coffee tasted burnt and was half melted. Was pretty disappointed with this experience.

The donuts... Not fresh. The donuts... Very small. The price... Way too high for the lack of quality. I paid over $7 for a half dozen regular donuts with chocolate frosting. The donuts were tiny, stale cold and skimpy on the chocolate. I went too Publix and got a half dozen there I paid $3.99 plus tax for bigger, fresher donuts with plenty of chocolate on them. I don't even think Dunkin' makes the donuts fresh anymore, first time I'd been in years and was woefully disappointed. I'm sure this isn't unique to this particular store, so Dunkin' if I could give negative stars I would, you are a far cry from the donut shop you were even 10 years ago.

They need to replace or hire more staff and waiting in line to get a coffee is very frustrating. I have to leave home 30 minutes before time if I want a coffee and the worst part is they take 1 car at a time ( from the speaker to the window) then they will l take the next car.

Coffee was fine but I waited in line 25 minutes just to get to the order board for someone to say “give me a minute” and wait 5 more minutes!
