Food was okay apart from the fact, I didn't really get what I ACTUALLY wanted.At what point- did this place start adding "cheddar cheese" to the pizza when you request extra cheese. That means- extra MOZZARELLA cheese. It never said the extra cheese would be cheddar. I wanted extra of the same cheese I was already getting. It makes no sense.
We ordered 5 pizzas and 3 different kinds of boneless chicken wings and all 5 pizzas were extremely over cooked pretty much burnt.. We ordered 3 different flavors of boneless wings and all 3 were just plain..
The manager is about the worst you can get. I ordered a pizza for my wife for Mother’s Day and it was flipped upside down by the delivery guy. I paid $32 for a XL pizza that’s the size of a medium at best. I called to complain, was transferred to the general manager who had a huge attitude from the beginning of the conversation saying, “Well the pizza wasn’t flipped over when it came out of the oven”. When I began to argue with this under-qualified individual he “barred” me from ordering from dominos ever again. Which, trust me, I have no desire to ever have this subpar takeout pizza ever again.
They always get my order correctly, and I order probably three times a month for pizza and movie night. I love the 5.99 and 7.99 coupons that are offered. The app is so easy to use, and it allows you to track the progress of your pizza from prep to oven to ready. Since I order lots of pizzas, I’ve earned quite a few free ones through the app, so they’ve certainly earned my loyalty. Right now, they’re also offering $3 towards your next order whenever you carry out. Fantastic deal. My regular pizzas are [thin crust pineapple and chicken on bbq sauce,] pepperoni, onions, and peppers, [pineapple and bacon,] and sausage, bacon, and pepperoni.
I went to the window and asked the guy what kind of specials they had for carry out. He told me to use the app there were better deals. I asked if he could help me with the app and got no help. I explained that I was Technoligy challenged it didn’t matter. A stranger around the corner of the building was more help than the employee. Not very good customer service.
Not that the employees or the owner care but the pizza was so old that my entire family of 6 wouldn’t touch it and were forced to go to Waffle House instead. When we called to try to get them remade the manager said there literally wasn’t anything he could do, not even a refund, unless he called the general manager who was unreachable, how convenient. He also argued that the dough wasn’t old, which it might have been freshly made but the pizzas were gross, like they had been sitting out for too long and then given to us. Kind of ridiculous that dominos lost a customer because they couldn’t remake or refund 3 pizzas but like I said, this store obviously doesn’t care. I’d honestly be ashamed to work here, the employees treat their customers like they’re wasting their time when the entire store just wastes people’s money.

-2 STARS! I WOULD GIVE ALL THE NEGATIVE STARS! I ordered 2 LG regular pizzas, yes with 3 toppings, both identical, then a cheesy bread and small cheese pizza. 70 DOLLARS! that's not tip. I didn't hear the woman on the phone when she said price or I would have canceled. But when I found out, I called the store, they didn't have my name, number, order and never heard of me. So they told me to call the call center. The call center knew. And back and forth I went to find a breakdown of why it was so much. After talking to 10 different people then finally I was given a break down. Didn't help any. GO OUT! GET SERVED! GET DRINKS! IT WILL STILL BE CHEAPER OR THE SAME BUT WORTH IT!!! I WILL NEVER, NOR ANYONE I KNOW IN ATHENS, my brother is a Manger at a great company, no one we know will order from them again! Save your money!
I see lots of bad reviews from a few years ago, but in March 2022, my order was fast, delicious, and 100% correct. I’m a trucker, so I used the ‘Hotspot’ delivery option at the Circle K - Very Handy! Also: Get the new Bread Bowl option with your pasta, I loved it!
Well if you're feeling brave you can order from this location. They have changed managers frequently and the delivery service leaves a bit to be desired.As far as the pizza goes its difficult to mess it up but for my very first pizza I got a large amount of hair inside.I gave it the benefit of the doubt though and decided a year later to order and it came out just fine.Highly recommend pickup and not delivery though or your Driver will just decide to go to narnia. I live about 10 minutes away and my delivery took a very beautiful 30. I'm not sure if the driver delivered to a previous location before mine or not but it seems highly unlikely.Overall I give the location a 2/5 the 2 is for the pizza and the -3 off is the employees.
